Theyve always done their best to keep their costs down for me and the out of hours workers also always try their best with what they can.”

“The head pharmacist is always incredibly friendly and patient, they go out of their way to make sure I understood everything about my medication. They well also try and get any new medication out to you on the same day when you let them know a new medication has been added to your prescription. Its rare to find someone so approachable they took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. You can tell they truly care about their patients. It makes a real difference dealing with someone who is friendly and always remembers your name and this makes the service Click Care pharmacy offer more personable. Highly recommend.”

“Nice building and staff. Seemed we went at a quiet time so it wasn't busy at all. There was room to keep away from other visitors in case you had a nervous pet. Car park seemed REALLY small. Don't drive if you can avoid it.”

“Great range of products, at reasonable prices. The staff are always so friendly (our dogs love a cheeky biscuit at the counter) and the store is always clean and tidy. There's a much better range of frozen products for raw feeding than in many other stores (e.g. Pets at Home) and we love the pick and mix natural dog treats!”

Update changed from original 1* review - had a courtesy call from the pharmacist within a few days of posting this review very apologetic, as the NHS app did not take into account lunchtime closing. Offered a walk-in for the flu-jab. Very understanding and certainly changed my mind about any doubts about Awsworth Pharmacy. Unfortunately, the NHS is broken, kept afloat only by those who pick-up the pieces for the patients. Thanks again for getting back to me Awsworth Pharmacy - you didn't have to, but you did, because you care about patients :-). 5* service.”

“This is a fabulous pharmacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr Singh the pharmacist is very very knowledgable. I have regular vitamin injections which are fantastic. We recently had comprehensive blood tests done and the feedback was very detailed and informative. The pharmacy has a great range of good quality vitamins, supplements and products. They have a really good selection of vegan and cruelty free toiletries and skincare. Its not my nearest pharmacy but i wouldnt go anywhere else.”
