“Excellent service, this isn’t my nearest pharmacy but I would always choose to go here. All of the staff are really helpful, friendly and polite. Nothing seems like too much for them even when it’s busy. The pharmacist was also very knowledgeable and efficient.”

Update changed from original 1* review - had a courtesy call from the pharmacist within a few days of posting this review very apologetic, as the NHS app did not take into account lunchtime closing. Offered a walk-in for the flu-jab. Very understanding and certainly changed my mind about any doubts about Awsworth Pharmacy. Unfortunately, the NHS is broken, kept afloat only by those who pick-up the pieces for the patients. “This is a fabulous pharmacy. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mr Singh the pharmacist is very very knowledgable. I have regular vitamin injections which are fantastic. We recently had comprehensive blood tests done and the feedback was very detailed and informative. The pharmacy has a great range of good quality vitamins, supplements and products. They have a really good selection of vegan and cruelty free toiletries and skincare. Its not my nearest pharmacy but i wouldnt go anywhere else.”

“The head pharmacist is always incredibly friendly and patient, they go out of their way to make sure I understood everything about my medication. They well also try and get any new medication out to you on the same day when you let them know a new medication has been added to your prescription. Its rare to find someone so approachable they took the time to answer all my questions without rushing. You can tell they truly care about their patients. It makes a real difference dealing with someone who is friendly and always remembers your name and this makes the service Click Care pharmacy offer more personable. Highly recommend.”

“Have been coming here 4/5 years with my rats and they have always been amazing and knowledgeable, laura and rob are both amazing with rats and there are more than one exotics knowledgeable vet nurses on the staff. Theyve always done their best to keep their costs down for me and the out of hours workers also always try their best with what they can.”

We experienced such care and sensitivity from all of the staff at the practice, and we were never rushed in any way. Both of the Vets we saw were immensely kind and considerate, but also utterly professional and nothing was too much trouble. I can’t thank everyone enough for the time they took to explain everything to us, at what was a very sad time- Thank You all for helping us through it.”
