“Moved to Stone pharmacy 2yrs ago due to medics care being required. The chemist is run amazingly, including their delivery service. Friendly staff and supportive. On one occasion the surgery failed to issue my repeat of very required insulin needles, the chemist immediately rectified such. I woke on a Saturday (of all days) with an illness and contacted them for advice. The pharmacist was very helpful and enabled antibiotics to be prescribed. I cannot fault their service at all. Well done to the team and thank you.”

“Went to Abbey House Vets for an emergency appointment. Staff were very helpful and reassuring saw the vet fairly quickly. I have a 7 year old Cockapoo called Jinny who unfortunately had had 2 fit like episodes earlier, she was very lethargic and her heart beat was rapid . bloods were taken and advice given re said episodes . Would highly recommend.”

“What an incredible service! Christmas day and I was brought down by a nasty chest infection. Out of hours GP issued antibiotics and instructed me to go to Asda pharmacy to collect, although they were not open when I arrived. I searched Google for an open pharmacy to no avail when my dad came across these guys. I rang My Pharmacy online and he informed me that they were covering a couple of local care homes today but weren't open in general. He asked me if I was struggling to find another pharmacy and when I confirmed I was, he offered to deliver the medication needed direct to my door so long as I sent a copy of the issued prescription before doing so. This young man drove from his home in Leeds to do this, he went above and beyond today to help me out and I am ever so grateful. They take their job very seriously and genuinely appear to care about their customers. Thank you again. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy.”

“Amazing service, amazing people! I have trouble obtaining my medication due to a manufacture and supply issue and found (after phoning lots of pharmacies throughout south and west Yorkshire!) that this pharmacy had one box in stock. I drove over and collected it and got talking the with the pharmacist (a very polite and helpful gentleman) and he said they may be getting stock of my correct dose (as opposed to the new dose I was on and having problems with). Fast forward a couple of days, I received a voicemail from the gentleman to call him back at the pharmacy. He had called to inform me that they can obtain the correct dose and can call me when it arrives in stock and that I can have my future prescriptions sent there if I wish. Unbelievable kindness, so helpful, and wonderful. Just 10 out of 10! Also to mention the politeness shown by the other staff in the pharmacy is 10 out of 10 too! Thank you to everyone at the pharmacy for your help and kindness. Bless you all.”
