Absolute waste of time! Had prebooked a flu injection a few weeks ago and attended my appointment only to be told they didn't have any left! Fair enough there has been a spike in people getting one, but a phone call to tell me not to come down wouldn't have hurt! Terrible system and customer service!
Booked an appointment for vaccination that was not carried out due to low stock levels. No communication prior that this was the case. Seems like there is no point having a booking system if there is no intention to honour it.
First time ever received an injection without first having an antiseptic wipe over the skin prior to the injection, not good practise - it is done for a reason!
I value this Pharmacy as they offer a very good service & the pharmacist is always very courteous & caring. I always prefer to have my flu jabs by him as at my doctors surgery there is always waiting time. I will say though although I booked my flu jab online with Kamsons Pharmacy they could not see my appointment on their system.
Great customer services I often cannot get into our doctors or when you do they cancel the appointment Called in and asked for the flu jab no problems sorted within a week many thanks
