   This is the best pharmacy I have ever been to. The environment is clean, staff are friendly and always willing to help. Star pharmacy have been taking care of my prescriptions for a while now and the service has made a huge difference to my quality of life. You can tell the owner really does care about the people that walk through his door and wants to make a difference. I’m grateful to the team at Star pharmacy - thank you all for your hard work!

   Exceptional service. Three of us attended for the Flu Vaccine. Although invitations were received from our GP's, it was very difficult getting an actual appointment !. Star Pharmacy provides a walk in service ( call them first to check the vaccines are in ) which was a very smooth process. The senior Pharmacist who dealt with us all was extremely professional and kind. The Pharmacy itself is possibly the most organised and cleanest one we have visited. Thank you Star, we will be highly recommending you .

   Incredible service. Went for travel vaccinations. The owner is very friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. The place is very well looked after and I can tell they truly care. All of the staff were lovely as well. Couldn’t ask for more!

The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and went out of their way to ensure I understood everything about my medication. The pharmacy was clean, well organized, and I didn’t have to wait long to be served. It was a smooth and pleasant experience overall, and I’ll definitely be returning for any future needs.

   If I could leave zero stars I would! Hands down the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used, every time I go to pick up my medication these is always an issue. It is vital I have my medication on time and I constantly have to call my doctors to complain as they are always 5+ days late when the app says available to pick up. I have now got in the habit of calling up in advance to check it’s there and when I arrive they always blame my GP. Absolutely shocking.

   Star Pharmacy in Leeds is outstanding! All the team (and yes I mean all!!) go to the ends of the earth and well above and beyond to help you. I have had them delivering my many prescriptions for around seven years and never once had an issue. Many times I have had multiple problems with my GP and with doctors prescribing in hospital abs these guys have been the only ones to give me true faith in the NHS, as others have let me down drastically. They ask about how I’m getting on when I have been in surgery and boy has that been a lot, so many times and yet every time they ask about how I am doing and how my family are without fail. These people are a family run business, with friends helping too when needed, and yet I never ever feel like a number, they make me feel like Katy and they enable me to not have to think or panic about pills and if I am running out, as they take all the stress out of it. My previous pharmacy used to always owe me pills and told me there were no delivery systems for them and more importantly for me at a time where I needed help desperately, but they didn’t want to know and this is despite having used them for over thirty years and having had many major operations to remove one hip whilst the other was completely dislocated. The old pharmacy is a well known group and I deserved better and more as I had been a loyal customer and trusted them as I thought they were there to help, this complete let down was all whilst delivering medication to the lady across the road, which didn’t sit well with me and a good friend of mine kind of gave me Star Pharmacy as a gift when I was at my weakest and they’ve done all they possibly can do and more besides. They are exceptionally hard working, they are most caring and not to butter you up, but more because you become a Star Pharmacy family member. They are friendly and professional and never let me down. Not only do I feel honoured to be one of their customers, but I feel more honoured to be treated so well, as though I am a part of their family.
