The staff make a huge difference when looking for a good chemist... Always friendly and helpful, ideally situated with good parking and adjacent to the Medical centre and the dentist.. delivery is a free option if it suits...

I placed an online order for 5 prescription items and gave Kamsons 3 full working days to fulfil the request, one more than that indicated via the online service. On arrival, they gave me a single item. When questioned, they discovered another 'order' on their system which had been dispensed and placed in boxes used for items awaiting collection. However, despite 20 mins of searches, they where unable to locate the physical items, which their records showed as being in a specific location. The one item I had received also included a printout which showed all missing items as having been issued 3 days earlier. They eventually gave me a bag with 3 of the 4 missing items and said I would need to return for the remaining item. I asked for some form of explanation, but none was provided and, worse still, no apology. Very unprofessional service.

Tried ringing to book a whooping cough vaccine, and they said their system/website is down and to try to do it online. The bloody website doesn't work, why are you asking me to access it? And this is not a rhetorical question. Very ridiculous the way they do things, like if the power is out or there is neither Internet nor computers, their brain stop functioning, they can't do things anymore, no plan B, nothing in place. It's a joke! I am almost 31 weeks pregnant, have been told that this vaccine can be done until 32 weeks, so guess I could just miss it because of their malfunctioning system. Thank you very much.
