“Phenomenal service and customer care from the team at Village Pharmacy today. I required a very specific medication for my mother that I couldn't locate at any of the local pharmacies. Of all the pharmacies I've visted only Village Pharmacy was the only one willing to do the background work in order to facilitate their arrival in time for her appointment. I've always has good service from Village but since it's new ownership the care and service has truly leveled up to great. I got 3 phone calls related to the timings for delivery and collection of these medications. Couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you.”

I've found at the OTHER pharmacy the staff attitude is they are doing you a favour and finish their little chat before you're deemed worthy of attention. They always manage to source medication very quickly (even during national shortages or where other well known chains require several days notice) and dispense and deliver exceptionally quickly too. They get to know their customers and offer a personalised, efficient service - can’t ask for more than that!”

“This is hands down the most helpful, knowlegeable and reasonably priced pharmacy ever. I've been in here plenty of times for small issues which don't need a Dr or certainly not MIU (but issues that other people may attend A&E for). The pharmacist is always on point with whatever is wrong with me and points me in the right direction. If all pharmacies were this good, there would be no "pressure" on GP's and hospitals would be empty bar people who require surgery/medical intervention. A real example to all. Can't thank you enough.”
