   The staff are consistently friendly and helpful. I have been using this pharmacy for two years now and can't think of a time when I did not think they were fantastic. I called this morning to say I had run out of my medication and they sorted it out for me before lunchtime. Thank you for always walking the extra mile, it is appreciated.

   I am new to the are so only been to this pharmacy a couple of times. Very well run and the staff are always ready to help, until yesterday I didn’t have a problem. The Locum pharmacist that’s usually there on a Sunday (Dai I believe is his name) he’s rude, loud and obnoxious and he’s clearly in over his head, myself and others witnessed him being rude and impatient to the lady working the till, he didn’t know how to use the robot system so had to turn people away, and then the icing on the cake a young girl came in he asked her to step into one of the private rooms, he left the door ajar and we could hear every word he was saying, she was trying to explain something to him and he wouldn’t let her talk and he kept interrupting her and he just got louder and louder. My understanding of the consultation rooms is that they are there so you can talk to the pharmacist in private? The place was packed and we could hear every word, she eventually left upset. When me and my daughter left she was stood outside and she was visibly shaken up, we offered her a lift home but she was waiting for someone to pick her up, I do hope she is ok. It’s put me off going there because I suffer with bad anxiety and I wouldn’t be able to handle being spoken to or shouted at in that way, it was awful. I won’t be going there again and a few others there at the same time said the same thing. I understand that they are busy and have a lot of people to see in a short window of time but what happened yesterday was unnecessary, unprofessional and uncalled for.

   A mixed experience. First visit, amazing. Very helpful. Second visit, very unhelpful. Asked for over the counter medication and was refused. The lady said she could not dispense item to me as it was not designed for the purpose I needed it for. On further research, it was. Had to buy the meds online at additional cost.
