From my first call, the support I received was excellent and an appointment made for the same day. I had a 15min examination conducted by a very well trained and supportive pharmacist. “5 stars is not enough rating for your service that you delivered for my girl yesterday, if it was not for your incredible service, knowledge and expertise our girl would not be with us as I write this review, we were not aware of pyometra but you spotted it straight away and told us to get her to the vets asap. We rushed her to the vet were she had emergency surgery, We were told by the vet we were very lucky we got her in when we did. This is all because of you, We can not thank you enough for what you have done by saving our girls life. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much .”

“Myself and my daughter had to take our beloved Bonnie Star early hours of Tuesday morning to neath. Unfortunately she was so poorly she could not be saved. The vet on call Alice and the nurse who accompanied her were just out of this world. They treated bonnie with love, care and empathy and I cannot thank them enough. Our hearts are aching and in pain but I know that she is at peace and we will love her forever”

“Ended up booking this place after the food at the accommodation we were stopping at didn't pass muster. I noticed a few poor reviews, but to be fair it was more the accommodation side of the place that was mentioned; size mostly. It has the vibe of a cafe, but it's a lovely little place. We turned up on steak night, 40 pound a couple with a drink. Turned out to be a real bargain. With two deserts, under 55 pound. Excellent quality and lovely service. One point that others have mentioned is parking. We were lucky, but during a busy day, I guess it could be an issue.”

“Nice safe area for a walk. Plenty of parking on a weekday. Building and construction works ongoing at the time but there’s a nice cafe and toilets in a temporary cabin with seating outside. Children’s play area and plenty of open space for picnics and there’s marked out proper paths to walk around the lake as well as some woodland trails.”

“I had a really bad infection in my eye that needed antibiotics. I was booked in with the pharmacist within a hour I was prescribed antibiotics. Amazing service, very friendly and welcoming staff and some lovely wax melts in the shop joined onto the pharmacy. Defo recommend.”

“I bought a tortoise from here and I couldn't recommend them enough. Everything about looking after the tortoise was explained clearly. Both owners of the shop are very passionate about the tortoises and need to ensure they are going to a safe home. Go and have a look and discuss any questions. I love my tortoise, Jeff. I cant believe how something so small can provide such a lot of entertainment.”

“Craig Gwladys is right on our doorstep. Free parking with Lots of area to explore. Lots of fresh water streams, which is ideal for dogs.. I'd recommend packing a picnic bag and enjoy exploring the vast area.”

“I tried most of the Kennels in the area, Noddfa are the only ones that my dog gets excited about visiting, always comes back totally normal, other kennels - he won't talk to me for a day after. Small and friendly best in the area!”
