“Stopped in to purchase and get advice around preparing home for a kitten and was not disappointed. There is a wide selection of food, accessories, equipment and bedding for cats, dogs, rabbits, birds and fish. I got a cat bed on sale for less than £20 which was cheaper than B&M nearby. The food is competitive on price with supermarkets and discount stores. As well as the advice given was an encouragement to download the app as a first time customer and receive a 20% discount. Very appreciated and will shop here again.”

“Had a brilliant stay welcomed by Sharon on our first night, made us feel really welcome and told us where our nice clean room was, really comfortable beds and a good first night sleep. Second night Sharon went above and beyond for us and got us some plates and cutlery so we could eat our dinner, was really helpful and super friendly, will be back, mostly because of the service we received from Sharon! :)”

“5 stars is not enough rating for your service that you delivered for my girl yesterday, if it was not for your incredible service, knowledge and expertise our girl would not be with us as I write this review, we were not aware of pyometra but you spotted it straight away and told us to get her to the vets asap. We rushed her to the vet were she had emergency surgery, We were told by the vet we were very lucky we got her in when we did. This is all because of you, We can not thank you enough for what you have done by saving our girls life. From the bottom of our hearts thank you so much .”

“The site is wonderfully situated. Real down to earth setup. Plunge pool fed by rainwater sits next to an amazing waterfall, big overhead fan assistance in the communal area to keep the bugs away. Brilliant idea. Each site wonderfully surrounded by willows for a real sense of privacy The 2 saunas are spotless and superb! The facilities are just right, 3 w/c shower rooms, washing and recycling facilities all excellent. Oh! I almost forgot the bath tub! This is installed between the waterfall and the plunge pool and fed from the same stream. Brilliant.”

“We had a fantastic meal lunchtime today at Afan Lodge. The meals were very tasty and huge with lots of added extras. Excellent value for money. Service was excellent and friendly staff. I’d highly recommend a visit 5 stars from our family”

“We have entrusted our cat Matilda to Carly at Cwtches, for a few years now. And this year matilda also got to stay with Jane at her home (home boarding). Over the 8 wk period she was with them I received regular updates and photos. I cannot recommend both these facilities and the wonderful care she received enough. Matilda came back having put on weight and totally content. Thank you both andcsee you soon”

He brought up the said medication on his mobile. Then proceeded to discuss existing diagnosis and the benefits of taking Vitamin D and K2. He was 1000% fantastic. Thank you”

“Took our parson Russell here yesterday for first time as we have just moved here. The receptionist and vet (Daisy) were welcoming and thorough in her examination. Had boosters and repeat medication. Glad to have found this vets as it seems a lot of vets in the area are not taking on new clients and have waiting lists.”

“I decided to visit Port Talbot with a friend for the afternoon . We came across Blanco’s and thoroughly enjoyed our meal ..We both chose the fish on the menu .. The Place was exceptional with chips , new potatoes, peas and carrots .. I had a double vodka and my friend had a medium glass of wine .. Once finished we retired into the lounge area and had another vodka and a glass of wine .. The atmosphere was lovely.. If I ever revisit Port Talbot I’ll definitely have lunch in Blanco’ again..”

“Excellent venue! Nigel and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly i cannot fault them. There was a few issues with maintenance during our stay but the staff managed to resolve them swiftly. i have used the venue a few times and i cannot praise them enough. Thank you Nigel and team!”

“Put our dog in there for a few days recently and was very impressed. Got a friendly welcome from the owner even though we were a bit late getting there. Kennels were clean and our dog seemed happy enough when he was collected. When I was walking up to collect him I met him out for a walk with the owner which was great to see. Would definitely take him there again.”
