“What a lovely little shop and great owners! Went here for the first time on Saturday with my 60kg dog, to use their DIY Dog Wash. Was greeted warmly, then shown through to the dog wash area when it was ready. I was provided with shampoo, a dog 'shammy' for removing most of the water, and a drier. Additionally, some Dog Cologne to make him smell extra lovely. The facilities were in good order, clean and plenty of space. My dog appreciated a warm wash rather than a dog garden hose pipe wash!! Afterwards we had a chat, paid and left. An overall lovely experience. We will be back for the dog wash again and for the other facilities offered. Thank you! Noticed that there was a great variety of treats on offer, was glad my dog was muzzled as he would have snaffled the lot, haha.”

“Popped in, as we wanted to try a range of different options to introduce to our dog, after using the same supplier for 5 years. I'm so glad we did, and a little regretful that we hadn't before! NRPF have a fabulous range of raw, and all of the best supplements and additions that you could want for (even kefir and various bone broths in little paw shaped ice cubes like I do at home!). Not to mention the treats and chews! The staff were so very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions so fully and discussing all of the details with us. I came away feeling very reassured and less worried about my choices. With their pricing being very competitive, combined with their wide range of brands, proteins and balancing options (various DIY, 80/10/10, complete, +veg, separate veg, chunky, smooth, etc.), I no longer feel like I'm having to consider other options (ie adding in some wet or dry foods) to be able to afford to feed raw. “Fantastic value from Bancroft. My wife and I needed a place to crash during an NEC event. Having never used a guesthouse before, I was rather dubious. Bancroft exceeded my expectations! Victoria, the owner, was friendly, discreet and helpful. She provided a lovely upstairs room. Three large beds with optional fans for those of us that like air! My wife enjoyed breakfast one day. Excellent value and cooked to order. I will not hesitate to rebook next time I visit a conference. Apologies for the lousy picture and movie. They do not do justice to the establishment. Recommended.”

“Ralf has been with Happy Hounds since he was a puppy and he is nearly 4. He goes out 4 days a week and he is so well socialised and his recall is amazing due to the amount of time he spends out with this group of beautiful dogs and people. I even leave him alone the them boarding when I go on holiday and know he will be having a great holiday with them. We get videos posted daily and can see how much fun they are all having. Best thing we ever did !!!”

It is heartwarming to see how much they thrive in this nurturing environment. Every week, they return home well-rested and content after a day filled with adventures alongside their Bowwow friends. It's reassuring to know they not only receive excellent care but also thoroughly enjoy their weekly 24-hour stay. “Our Norfolk terrier had a suspected UTI and, realising she needed emergency treatment, we took her to Wellesbourne in time for the surgery to open. No appointment could be made as the phone wasn't answered by the surgery until our ETA - although I tried to call ahead of our arrival and got the emergency practice. The receptionist explained that the phone would be switched over in 5 minutes - after our ETA. The Reception nurse understood immediately and said we’d be slotted in between the next 2 appointments. We were seen 12 minutes later, my diagnosis confirmed after a thorough investigation and reassurance that the medication would cure the problem. It started to work after the first antibiotics were administered. One happy little dog and relieved and very grateful owners. Exemplary service.”

“I approached the owner for help and advise about one of my chickens who had fell poorly, i had no money and couldn't afford to go to a vet, now I know when someone has a shop, a certain level of knowledge is expected, but this amazing lady gave me better advise than I've ever had from a vet, and then done the most amazing thing, she told me what was wrong, told me what I needed, and actually left it out hidden for me to collect as the shop was soon to close and trusted me to post the money when I collected, the instant concern and compation I felt from this lady that I didn't know was amazing and actually allowed me to save one of my best friends in the world my beautiful chicken Tango, if you need anything for pets use this great little shop xx”

I don't know of any other dog walking service that offers a walk play time/socialising and a wash. Great friendly service.”

“From the vets to the nurses to the reception staff everyone is so friendly and helpful. It can be a worrying time taking your pet to the vets but the staff are so reassuring and explain everything before any procedure goes ahead. Molly is always greeted by her name on arrival and actually pulls on her lead to go in as she knows she gets a treat. Molly has regular monthly injections for allergies and has had two very successful crutiate surgeries on her hind legs. Avonvale check her regularly and I couldn’t be happier with the service we receive”
