Since we moved here nearly 1 year ago my cat has needed to see the vet 3 times for various issues. She's been very well looked after and the vets have always been able to figure out what's wrong. After she'd been to Millie's she was very calm and relaxed and groomed beautifully. The new hydrotherapy centre is like a 5* spa treatment in doggy terms. Would highly recommend treating your dog to a visit.”

Waking up in the morning to beautiful sunrises and tweeting birds. No TV and nothing to distract you from the beauty of where you are. The room was so cosy and warm even though it was so cold outside. Absolutely loved every minute being there.”

“Unfortunately, it's not the best time to review as our cat was very ill at the time of my visit. Very accommodating staff at the front desk and the vet was lovely too. Our cat was so ill that we had to put her to sleep. The vet and staff were very respectful. We had taken KitKat to the right place for the best help she could receive.”

“On the three occasions I visited the Vicarage Cattery - to look around, to drop off my cat & finally to pick up, I was struck with how clean and fresh everywhere was. My cat was happy to return home but seems to have had a very pleasant stay. I would recommend here & will be using it again.”

“Tom was outstanding as usual with Dotti, our Miniature Schnauzer (he calls her Tarty Pants), explains everything very well. Better treatment for our pets than my daughter received recently at UHCW. From now on, I'm going to identify as a Salt and Pepper Super Giant Schnauzer and get my owner (wife) to register me with Bilton Veterinary Centre for superior treatment.”

“My 2 cats have just come home from a week in Corley Rocks. Everything is absolutely fine. I wouldn’t use anywhere else. The cats are obviously glad to be home but they enjoyed their time away with no ill effects. The staff are all cat people and care for cats very well.”

“Fantastic, staff are brilliant and compassionate. Our regular vet is Georgina, who is an angel and amazing. Not sure why it is not promoted more but she also conducts acupuncture, our 17 year old cat is benefiting so much from this and Georgina has been extremely caring towards her, unlike some other vets we have experienced. Besides Georgina, the rest of the staff are also lovely. We are so pleased to have found this veterinary practice.”

He looks absolutely gorgeous, smells beautiful and seems he had a great time there. So happy with his cut. Booked him in for his next trim already. “Our little sausage absolutely loves The Holidog Inn! Each week when we say to Frankie ‘do you want to see your friends’ he goes absolutely crazy with excitement and seeing him run towards the home once we arrive is so nice to see. Carly has done an amazing job and we are extremely happy with the service provided. As we were nervous at first leaving Frankie in day care, Carly put our minds at ease by being very responsive, answering all our questions, clear on structure and amazing with Frankie. Each week since, we’ve seen huge development with Frankie’s confidence and Carly has always been amazing with him. Overall an awesome experience for Frankie and for us as Dog parents.”

You can rest assured that your Cats (and other small animals) will receive the very best care whilst you are away from them. Alison will always send you photos and updates on your pets to give you that extra peace of mind when you start to miss them (with us, that’s about 2 hours!). Please don’t forget to book early as this leading, excellent cattery fills up quickly. For July/August holidays, I’d try not to leave it later than late January!!!”

“Wow! When Simon came to my house, my carpets were stained with makeup, and with two young children, you can imagine how messy they were. My carpets are three years old, but Simon made them look brand new. He even managed to remove the tough stains. It was amazing! I will definitely be calling you again in the future. “Very helpful practice, I arrived unannounced, with a cat in my arms, which I thought may be lost. They immediately assessed the cat, checked for a microchip(which it unfortunately didn’t have) and then leant me a pet carrier to take it back in. ALL FREE OF CHARGE. I later found out who the owner was and the cat was reunited with them, so that is a happy ending. I just wanted to say a big thank you to all the staff for their kindness, which is sometimes not shown in this day and age.”

“Cannot fault this place at all. Lisa has groomed our crazy cocker since she was a puppy which is no easy task as she will not sit still for a second. Pup is always excited to go see “aunty Lisa” and always comes out looking neat and tidy! We couldn’t recommend Klassy pooches enough.”

“Such an amazing reptile shop. Adopted a Mexican Black Kingsnake from them and honestly they were so thorough in making sure she was going to the right home, that the setup was correct and that we understood their needs. Even provided us with feeding charts, sheets of very helpful information and more. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The shop itself was very clean, well organised and all the animals looked to be very well cared for. Would 100% return if I didn’t live so far away and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to adopt a reptile! Thank you to Katie and the other staff members, you were so kind and thoughtful.”
