We got our Russian Ratsnake Jax from here. He's adorable and was so well raised and cared for by Katie and her family. Can't recommend this reptile shop enough. They sell a whole range of reptiles and goods. Even dog food! Kids love it too! (Not that we have any, but from what I've seen).
One of the best reptile shops I have been to. Ash in particular was incredibly knowledgeable and patient and walked me though each step of purchasing and caring for a monitor lizard. Atmosphere in the shop itself was 10/10 with Katie and Nigel being very friendly and hands on with the shop, and alongside the obvious care that they give each animal and enclosure in there. The team made it such a comfortable, transparent and easy process, I would recommend this Shop to anyone :)
Such an amazing reptile shop. Adopted a Mexican Black Kingsnake from them and honestly they were so thorough in making sure she was going to the right home, that the setup was correct and that we understood their needs. Even provided us with feeding charts, sheets of very helpful information and more. Helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff. The shop itself was very clean, well organised and all the animals looked to be very well cared for. Would 100% return if I didn’t live so far away and would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to adopt a reptile! Thank you to Katie and the other staff members, you were so kind and thoughtful.

Called about the availability of one of my all time favourite snakes! (Russian rat snake) prompt to answer and very polite. Arrived and shop was immaculate and so refreshing to see enclosures completely kitted out and looking naturalistic. The range of animals available was so pleasing to see especially from a guy who loves his Asian colubrids!! I keep many reptiles but was took through a series of questions before purchase which I can only applaud the responsible sale. Provided a full care sheet, feeding record and also local exotic vets. Went here for the first time on Saturday and will definitely be returning. Absolutely beautiful, large setups with a lovely variety of reptiles- not a single royal python in sight which is so refreshing! Had a lovely chat with the staff and I love their ethics, the care and passion they have for the animals is very clear. I look forward to going here more often (especially loved the free parking!) And will certainly be keeping an eye on the breeding projects for the ratsnakes ❤️. Also worth mentioning that the prices in the shop are very reasonable, especially for the amount of time and effort they have put into raising reptiles and creating brilliant enclosures for them.
Absolutely amazing service from start. From which creature and environment suited my daughter's needs, to actually taking one home. The staff are knowledgeable about all aspects of care and the Reptiles they sell. Ordering the vivarium was easy and although there was supply issues, itgave us more time to prepare. She chose the cutest Bearded Dragon and picked his new enclosure equipment. Advice is give at every stage, and given in an understandable way. Katie, Ashley, Shane, Bailey and Nigel are all approachable and very quick to help. We go over every week for food and they always ask how he's doing. A must place to go for all your reptilian requirements.
Thank you so much to the KBN Team. We purchased our first snake from them along with housing and equipment for our gecko (sold to us by another company with poor information and unsuitable housing which was then replaced with KBN's knowledge and assistance). They are extremely knowledgeable and take time to train you/explain what is best for your reptile. The reptiles welfare is paramount to them and you can see this by their store vivariums and healthy animals. They even provide free health checks. We can't recommend them enough!
The only reptile shop I use. Great staff with tons of knowledge who can't do enough to help. You can tell they clearly care deeply about the animals they sell which is very much appreciated. The new shop looks great too. I was served by Ash who was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and enthusiastic and made sure I had the setup ready and all the information I needed before taking my bearded dragon home. Great shop, great staff.
