   I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Allison, the receptionist at the vet clinic, for her outstanding help and support. We were initially told by another staff member that nothing could be done about our issue, which left us feeling frustrated and unsure of what to do next. Thankfully, Allison stepped in and completely turned the situation around. She listened to our concerns, took the time to understand the problem, and instead of brushing us off, she said, “Let me see what I can do.” And she truly delivered! Allison went above and beyond to find a solution for us, and her calm, helpful, and professional manner made a world of difference. We’re incredibly grateful for her support – she really is a credit to the team. Thank you, Allison!

   Popped in as was due to get a puppy so want some bits and a lead with harness. Staff member Mia from coventry branch could of sold me anything but didn't and advised me to pop in after picking up the pup for a fitting. Excellent service. Popped into the closer branch in Canley area after getting the pup and the gentleman was brilliant. Service from both stores amazing . Thank you .

   Took my dog here for his first groom. He’s an excitable boy (10 months old and a rescue) so still learning his manners. The staff there were really patient with him and took good care of him. He looks fabulous; his coat is so much healthier looking. Will definitely be back.

   Staff are always helpful and pleasant. They were out of a lot of things this time around, but hey, it's Christmas shopping time. Parking lot was full to the max , even disabled parking. Still a great place to shop for your pets!
