“Great service, booked Yellow Fever in morning, appointment a few hours later, in/out in 10 minutes, made sure I was good for the vaccine, check blood pressure. Great service highly recommend”
“What a lovely little shop and great owners! Went here for the first time on Saturday with my 60kg dog, to use their DIY Dog Wash. Was greeted warmly, then shown through to the dog wash area when it was ready. I was provided with shampoo, a dog 'shammy' for removing most of the water, and a drier. Additionally, some Dog Cologne to make him smell extra lovely. The facilities were in good order, clean and plenty of space. My dog appreciated a warm wash rather than a dog garden hose pipe wash!! Afterwards we had a chat, paid and left. An overall lovely experience. We will be back for the dog wash again and for the other facilities offered. Thank you! Noticed that there was a great variety of treats on offer, was glad my dog was muzzled as he would have snaffled the lot, haha.”

“Dr Alexndra was incredibly patient, calm and understanding with our 2 nervous dogs when they went for their annual booster last week making a potentially anxious visit run a lot more smoothly. As well as this, the Reception team were friendly and approachable.”
“From the vets to the nurses to the reception staff everyone is so friendly and helpful. It can be a worrying time taking your pet to the vets but the staff are so reassuring and explain everything before any procedure goes ahead. Molly is always greeted by her name on arrival and actually pulls on her lead to go in as she knows she gets a treat. Molly has regular monthly injections for allergies and has had two very successful crutiate surgeries on her hind legs. Avonvale check her regularly and I couldn’t be happier with the service we receive”

“Took my dog here for his first groom. He’s an excitable boy (10 months old and a rescue) so still learning his manners. The staff there were really patient with him and took good care of him. He looks fabulous; his coat is so much healthier looking. Will definitely be back.”
“Absolutely fantastic service allowing for the meeting of my own needs as a woman experiencing disabilities. Thank you PDSA Coventry, from Kaia & Helen”
“The staff here are very helpful. I now need regular medication every month, the lady explained to me about the prepayment prescription scheme which I didn't know about before. This has saved me a lot of money. She also explained some other stuff and generally was very helpful at a time that was a bit stressful for me. The pharmacist was also very helpful.”
“Came in today to ask for advice on fish and chickens. I spoke to Andy who was super helpful and knowledgeable about both types of pets. Couldn't ask for better service thanks Andy”
“Had an amazing experience today, buying a new bird cage for my parrots, Mollie was so so helpful, she helped us get the cage into the car too. Very attentive staff, nothing was too much, will definitely be coming again if any of my animals need anything.”

“Knowledgeable and friendly! By far the best post office in Warwick.”
“Good size, includes groom room and vets. Plenty of parking.”
“Always use this chemist, the staff are friendly, inviting and always eager to help. I have been a nightmare customer, many times Ive forgotten to re order my prescription and have gone in to Well for help and they have made sure that by the end of the day i was able to collect my tablets. I cannot and do not believe the comments made by M.Teagles and J.Hancock, they have both obviously been annoyed elsewhere in the day and have decided to take their anger out on what i deem to be very professional and caring staff. ....Gary Marsden”
“It’s very easy to order, and now they offer an option to have prescriptions delivered to collection points, such as nearby shops. Every so often I receive offers for discounts of 10% to 20%. The items always arrive on time and in good condition. Highly recommended.”
“Great service, lovely person. Managed to help me with an urgent issue regarding prescriptions and letter for travel. It was very urgent as it was last minute. He stayed behind and stayed open a bit longer despite the closing times, just to help solve my issue. Really appreciate it. Passion team, really recommend them.”

“It's a good sized store in a town that needs more big names stores. I ordered online sinply because there was an offer online for no 7 products that wasn't available in store, but I collected the item from the shop. The staff were very helpful and the collection was quick and easy. There are social distancing measures in place to help shoppers feel safe but as its such a big store there were no queues or restrictions on the customer numbers”
“I attended VETS Now emergency clinic in Coventry on Saturday afternoon with my kitten who was vomiting + hadn't eaten for 2 days, on the advice of a vet I consulted prior to going. It was stressful as I was on my own + my kitten was in obvious distress. The reception staff were lovely + engaged with me from the out set. I had to wait about 20 mins to see a vet but when I did she immediately explained the situation + was very mindful of the stressful situation I was in +, more importantly, the cost of the visit, so wasn't about to offer any treatment not needed at that point, which I found extremely refreshing. She treated my kitten after a thorough examination + explain what to expect in the following days + how to go forward . I was very reassured + my kitten improved almost immediately. The only downside is the cost of the whole experience. To just walk through the door is over £300, ( I was advised of this before going). However, as my insurance company cap the emergency cost at £200 I am now out of pocket by over £100, which just adds to the stress of it all. I know that is down to my insurance company's policy but I am guessing it's the same with most insurance companies. No one attends an emergency clinic if they don't have to, + not all people have insurance etc. I, personally, don't know how they arrive at the £300 plus fee but it would be nice if it could be brought down to a little closer to the amount most insurance companies accept + pay.”
