Staff at till tried to tell me about feeding my dogs dry and raw !!!! Need to mind their own business i know my dogs not him and then try to bring what a vet told him into it !!! We all know Vets are bigger connect artists than the labour party !!!
A well presented and tidy store. With very helpful and friendly staff. We purchased a hamster with food and bedding and the staff member was very helpful and followed the process to ensure we are going to provide the right home for the hamster. There is plenty of on site car parking, a grooming centre and vets on site
Came in today to ask for advice on fish and chickens. I spoke to Andy who was super helpful and knowledgeable about both types of pets. Couldn't ask for better service thanks Andy

We took our puppy in for a nail clip and I was really impressed with Jess. She took the time to check each nail and get as close to the quick as possible, without nicking him. Also loved the lady at the till (didn’t catch her name, sorry!) who was really friendly and lovely to our pup. He definitely appreciated the free fish treat she gave him!!
Went shopping for our new puppy and they had a good selection of items. We picked up a crate while we were there and prices were similar or less than a certain online-only shop. However the visit was made by Glen at the till. He was warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Thanks.
Got two male rats from here and the ladies that served us were lovely. Let us handle the boys to get to know them and sorted us with toys they would like. Super friendly and reassuring that everything would go well and the boys have settled well in their new home. They really are cuddly boys
