The staff were lovely with my dog who is a little nervous, and a deceptively floofy boy but they did a great job, so I rebooked for the next groom before we left.
Another great groom for our labrador, the only time he jumps up at counter is when he says hello to the staff, a good sign. Got a free groom offer, so already booked in again. Recommended.
Wonderful groomer who took time out to look after my pooches individual needs. My dog was very nervous however left the parlour with a full groom looking immaculate. Highly recommend groom room at Canley. In fact wont go anywhere eles.
We take our rescue here to be groomed. She is a pain in the arse to clip her nails but the groomers always manage it! We get her groomed there as well. They do a good job and she always comes out clean and smelling lovely. Staff are really nice and professional.
Firstly I booked my dog in for a groom and they cancelled on the day of the groom about 2 hours before claiming the slot I had booked was not actually available but I had books 3 weeks before and has left it to the day to tell me. I then booked again as I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and booked my dog in for a full groom and de shed which came to around £45 or £50. She was only there for 45 mins before i was told she was ready which I thought was pretty quick and was surprised by this. Went to collect my dog and could see no difference in her coat at all i had requested that her nails get trimmed which had been done but her actual coat looked no different except it being softer and smelt nice, i asked the lady that did her groom what she had done in the end and she told me what I had paid for, i asked her if she could quickly do her face because her hair was still going in her eyes and the groomer told me that because I had arrived late to pick her up she didn't have time to do this, as I had paid for a full groom why wasn't the face included and also the groomer turned up 10 mins late for work i did not turn up late. Not impressed for that amount of money I could have got both my dogs groomed somewhere else.
Was charged of £60 for a full cut and wash. The whole coat was uneven. Our dog had some Matting on his belly that we requested to be shaved off as we could not brush it out ourselves. They left this and charged us an extra £10! Then when we got home his front left leg was bleeding!! Then tried to charge us more from the deposit we had already paid! Tried calling them back for weeks, never answer the phone! The worst groomers I’ve ever been too. Never again.
