Ollie's so much happier and anxiety all but disappeared. Thank you Hayley and team for looking after our boy and making him such a smart cockapoo.”

“What a lovely little shop and great owners! Went here for the first time on Saturday with my 60kg dog, to use their DIY Dog Wash. Was greeted warmly, then shown through to the dog wash area when it was ready. I was provided with shampoo, a dog 'shammy' for removing most of the water, and a drier. Additionally, some Dog Cologne to make him smell extra lovely. The facilities were in good order, clean and plenty of space. My dog appreciated a warm wash rather than a dog garden hose pipe wash!! Afterwards we had a chat, paid and left. An overall lovely experience. We will be back for the dog wash again and for the other facilities offered. Thank you! Noticed that there was a great variety of treats on offer, was glad my dog was muzzled as he would have snaffled the lot, haha.”

“I went here to buy a new harness for my 4 month old puppy. Staff were very helpful and tried on several before finding the best fit with room to grow. Hoping this will help, with training, to stop her pulling on the lead. Would highly recommend this store.”

She comes out, her fur is the softest it’s ever been, she smells amazing & the white on her fur is so bright. I always get a cute picture later that day too which I love! “Ralf has been with Happy Hounds since he was a puppy and he is nearly 4. He goes out 4 days a week and he is so well socialised and his recall is amazing due to the amount of time he spends out with this group of beautiful dogs and people. I even leave him alone the them boarding when I go on holiday and know he will be having a great holiday with them. We get videos posted daily and can see how much fun they are all having. Best thing we ever did !!!”

It's reassuring to know they not only receive excellent care but also thoroughly enjoy their weekly 24-hour stay. “I treated my sisters dog to a groom here. She normally gets done in a van that comes to the house but she gets very stressed. After she'd been to Millie's she was very calm and relaxed and groomed beautifully. The new hydrotherapy centre is like a 5* spa treatment in doggy terms. Would highly recommend treating your dog to a visit.”

“My 2 cats have just come home from a week in Corley Rocks. Everything is absolutely fine. I wouldn’t use anywhere else. The cats are obviously glad to be home but they enjoyed their time away with no ill effects. The staff are all cat people and care for cats very well.”

“Cannot fault this place at all. Lisa has groomed our crazy cocker since she was a puppy which is no easy task as she will not sit still for a second. Pup is always excited to go see “aunty Lisa” and always comes out looking neat and tidy! We couldn’t recommend Klassy pooches enough.”

“I approached the owner for help and advise about one of my chickens who had fell poorly, i had no money and couldn't afford to go to a vet, now I know when someone has a shop, a certain level of knowledge is expected, but this amazing lady gave me better advise than I've ever had from a vet, and then done the most amazing thing, she told me what was wrong, told me what I needed, and actually left it out hidden for me to collect as the shop was soon to close and trusted me to post the money when I collected, the instant concern and compation I felt from this lady that I didn't know was amazing and actually allowed me to save one of my best friends in the world my beautiful chicken Tango, if you need anything for pets use this great little shop xx”

“My Cockapoo Bessie visited Sam for the first time yesterday. She came home looking beautiful and smelling lovely. I can now say that we have found our forever groomer. Sam ,as well as doing an amazing job on the groom, focuses on building up rapport between herself and the dog. This was evident when I collected Bessie. Bessie was totally comfortable there.
