I took in a 14 year old crossbreed with a mass of floof. She came back to me a fragrant, sleek little teddy bear with neat paws. Highly recommended.
Izzy is brilliant with my 16 year old Westie Buster . He is suffering from Arthritus and she gives him time and is gentle. Thankyou so much
Only just started using Isabella at Shampooches&Set and Kassie has settled really well with her and that’s after 4yrs of being groomed by someone she was really attached to. She is very professional and we are very happy with her and so happy we found her. Have no hesitation giving 5 well deserved stars
Isabella did a fabulous job with Boris, my rescue cross breed. He came home smelling absolutely gorgeous and his coat was lovely and shiny. I will most definitely be returning to Isabella on a regular basis, lovely lady, polite, professional and friendly. I particularly liked that it was a home environment which instantly put my boy at ease. Boris was also given some festive home-made treats to bring home from Isabella which I thought was such a generous, personal touch, I have hung them on the Christmas tree as they came in a baulble. Hi we have just returned from shampooches&Set grooming parlour for the first time with our working cocker spaniel Bess 8 months old. Izzy made both us and Bess feel really welcome Izzy was very good with Bess on her first visit to a grooming parlour. Izzy was very good at making Bess feel at ease and keeping her calm will definitely be returning and has done a excellent job
We had our two cocker spaniels clipped today after 12 weeks in lockdown and they look amazing, Isabella has done a fantastic job and made the dogs welcome and comfortable as it was their first visit and they are a bit nervous. We have rebooked and can’t express how delighted we are. Olly and Summer say thank you xx
