“Popped in, as we wanted to try a range of different options to introduce to our dog, after using the same supplier for 5 years. I'm so glad we did, and a little regretful that we hadn't before! NRPF have a fabulous range of raw, and all of the best supplements and additions that you could want for (even kefir and various bone broths in little paw shaped ice cubes like I do at home!). Not to mention the treats and chews! The staff were so very helpful and patient, answering all of our questions so fully and discussing all of the details with us. I came away feeling very reassured and less worried about my choices. With their pricing being very competitive, combined with their wide range of brands, proteins and balancing options (various DIY, 80/10/10, complete, +veg, separate veg, chunky, smooth, etc.), I no longer feel like I'm having to consider other options (ie adding in some wet or dry foods) to be able to afford to feed raw. The vet we saw, had to deal with our grumpy cat, who doesn't care for vets. But she came to relax and let him help her. We are so pleased to have them, knowing they are there for our animals. “The whole building was clean and fresh. The towels were lluxurious.. A desk fan was provided for my comfort during the heatwave. There was a gatage nearby with a convenience store and a food preparation francise. I had a good night's sleep, with my bedroom window open and minimal traffic noise.”

“Kacey and Hayley always take such good care of our three chihuahua’s, which are very nervous dogs. They go every eight weeks for a groom and teeth cleaning and we are very happy with the service, we would recommend Hayley’s happy paws to anyone!”

Has it's own car park at the rear and a few emergency spots at the front. As far as vets go, these guys have really made a great effort.”

“Dave and Lindsay are the best hosts I have ever met. Always polite helpful and friendly. Hood lane is in a beautiful location with amazing views and beautifully kept gardens. They also host a variety of different events and activities such as yoga and craft fairs. All in all it's an amazingly beautiful place to visit that I would recommend to everyone wether for a walk or a coffee, an overnight stay or a wedding. Keep up the good work guys”
