I rang them at 6:15 on a Friday night explained my urgent situation for my cat told them I am housebound and had to get someone to come with me to help me and that my cat has been sick for two days and today is not eating anything. All I got was you must ring us first thing in the morning that is our Policy even though they have appointments for tomorrow (and we all know what happens at Dr surgeries) which will possibly be gone by the time I get through. Also their policy is regular customers come first and anybody else’s Animal is not classed as a priority! R. Earle Nuneaton

Asked about neutering my kitten via email and got a response to book in for a date I'm not available for and to fill in a form. Told them I wasn't available and gave dates I am available but they told me they don't remind people of dates so couldn't book me in (I never asked them to remind me). I was then told to fill in a form and I'll be booked in on the next available date...that they couldn't tell me about. All very strange. I work long hours so it needs to be booked in advance when I'm available, I can't just show up on a day that's convenient for them. Not very professional or flexible so I shall be going elsewhere for my kitten's procedure, as now I'm not even sure they know what they are doing!

Couldn’t recommend this practice enough. All the staff I have seen have blown me away with their level of knowledge, care and how personable they were with both me and my pet. My pet was seen to quickly, and given outstanding and thorough care throughout his health scare. Every single vet and nurse I had seen were amazing. Ontop of it all, they took the time to send me updates when my cat came round from surgery! Such a nice touch that was greatly appreciated (he wasn’t thrilled but I was!)

Brought our sphynx in today, and didnt expect to get talking to Lucy who works here, she is a fountain of knowledge, she answered literally every question we had! The lovely American lady was also absolutely brilliant with our cat and made her feel as comfortable as possible when being examined. Thank you!

Friendliest and most helpful receptionist ever so 5 stars to her! We are new to having pets and we find pet medical care to be extremely expensive and we end up administering the medicine. May be that’s true for all practices though not just this practice. The vet was very helpful. The nurse has not followed what we paid for nor what we requested at booking time each time so I think it’s important to double check this at booking and again at the appointment time.

The most caring, friendly, patient, helpful vets I've ever come across. They've helped my dog so much, I even ended up travelling to them when we moved out of the area. 10/10 they're the best!

All my animals are registered here, and I can't fault the vets on anything. Having dealt with several vets over the years there is honestly no other place I'd recommend than here! They've managed to save my dog (twice!) from different conditions and I can't thank them enough! The staff are knowledgeable, kind and comforting and they don't treat animals as merely numbers, they really do care about them all. My dog should be terrified of going given what he's been through, but everytime I say we're going to see Dr Mel, or even just the word Vets, he's excited to get there and that's down to the way they are with him.I can't say a bad thing about these guys, and I will always recommend them over any other vets.

The friendliest and very professional nurse and receptionist to welcome us when we brought Frank in for his castration. We were instantly put at ease and Frank was made a fuss over. Everything was explained in depth before and after his surgery. Thank you for looking after our pup so fantastically . You are a great team.

All staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They treated my ferret who was very poorly with care and compassion, she is now running around causing havoc when she had previously been misdiagnosed. I would highly recommend them.
