Brought my dog in for his first vaccines and was very impressed with the service. Lorraine on reception was incredibly friendly and warming and made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped in. Would highly recommend based on this alone.
Ellie is an excellent, very caring and friendly vet. She explains everything. She always puts my dog at ease. The reception team are always friendly too. Tammy has been my rock for the last 15 years, supporting me through some very sad times.
Highly recommend Paws for your pets veterinary needs. Rang up at 8am, got an appointment at 9am, receptionists were really helpful and kind and the vet we saw was amazing. From us and Coco, thank you so much.

Took care of my cat when it was necessary. Staff are amazing and waiting times are next to nothing. Affordable services and a great range of treatments and procedures for a wide variety of animals. Has it's own car park at the rear and a few emergency spots at the front. As far as vets go, these guys have really made a great effort.

This vet was such a lovely, caring and knowledgeable person. Injected my pup but also answered my list of questions to an exceptional standard. Great vet.
Had to bring my dog and rat here this week, vet was very patient with my dog who is very friendly but petrified of the vets and she did all she could to keep him at ease and work with him to check him over. My rat I had to bring in to be euthanized as a tumour I was hoping to have removed by a specialist vet grew too large and as of tonight was affecting her quality of life. The same vet who saw my dog was very gentle with me and my rat, explained what she did think had happened and was so gentle as this was incredibly hard for me. I wanted to write this review, as in a time like that you need understanding and patience and I felt all of that and more, despite having to stay after hours I didn't feel rushed or like I was being a burden and that is incredibly important. I will be coming here with my pets in the future as I cannot fault the handling and care I have received.

I've been using this vet for the past 10 years and have never had any issues to doubt the abilities of the staff. They are very caring and compassionate and treat the animals as if they were their own. If you do have to claim on insurance they will expect you to pay and claim on the insurance as they've been caught out before which I can understand their reasons for that, but I'm sure they would be willing to discuss anything related to the claim process. Definitely recommend these and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future
