Went for a meal with friends and stayed over. Such a lovely welcome, great service and an absolutely delicious breakfast. Gorgeously decorated bedrooms with a lot of thought gone into the decor and details! We will be back again soon!

No proper wheelchair access, but also can have dogs and wheelchair. Food wasn't great! Meals came out cold. Then ended up waiting for 30 mins for dessert. Not a place I will enter again.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, the toilet wouldn't flush, making going to the bathroom very unpleasant. We had to poor additional water into the toilet to help it flush! In addition to this, we booked breakfast for 8am and they didn't open up to serve us! The pub was completely shut up, not a sole around. We posted our key through their letterbox and left. Not a great service and very disappointed and hungry!

Absolute shambles!! Booked a table for 15, asked to provide a pre order and menu could be found online. Emailed pre order over plus a further email to update that 2 people had cancelled. Then received a text message at 11pm that night requesting my pre order. I text back the following morning replying that pre order had been sent to them the afternoon before. On arrival I had to confirm again that 2 people had cancelled as they hadn't read my email. We found the table we expected to be sat at was reserved and we were directed to a table with half of us against a wall. Requested cocktail menu at the bar, to be told there were no cocktails as they weren't doing them anymore due to the ingredients going off. However we found there was a cocktail menu on our table when we sat down. 1 of our party ordered a bourbon and coke only to be told no Jim Bean and offered whiskey instead which is a totally different drink to bourbon. Our meals started to come out almost instantly before the 1 starter that had been ordered was finished. However they took so long to bring everything out that people who had been served first were now sitting with cold food in front of them. Plus due to being sat against the wall there was a lot of passing food over the top of people. On the pre-order I did clearly request that one of our orders was just a plain steak and chips with nothing else on the plate, that plate came loaded with mushrooms, peas, tomato and onion rings. Why ask for a pre order if you're not going to follow it? The bacon steaks came out smothered in bbq sauce which is not stated on the online menu, meaning that two people had to swap meals as someone couldn't eat the bbq sauce and wouldn't have ordered the bacon steak if it had said on the online menu it came smothered in bbq sauce. A member of our party ordered another moretti and the lady had to come back twice to confirm what drink had been ordered. Then the deserts came out, these had also been pre-ordered. The custard served with the crumble was cold and 1 of the crumbles ordered on the pre-order was missing, 3 banofee sundaes were on the pre order only 2 were served and the 3rd had to be requested, the spoons were huge, far too big for the sundae glasses and were just dumped at one end of the table. When the 3rd banofee sundae came out in a random glass it had no banana and was made up of nuts and toffee sauce. Again why ask for a pre-order if you're not going to follow it. At half 9 while we were all chatting and making the best of the shambolic evening when we were interrupted to be told they were closing in half an hour. At this point nobody wanted to order another drink as everyone felt enough disappointment had been served for one evening. On leaving we noted the table we hoped to be sat at was still reserved and had not been used. All in all I would not recommend this pub for large groups. I have been previously in a smaller group and had a wonderful time. I felt embarrassed that I had raved to my party about how good this place was and I'd be very surprised if any of the 13 people who were present this evening would ever recommend it or choose to go back again. Such a shame, I was really looking forward to going and left feeling extremely disappointed with the whole experience.

Excellent Sunday lunch. Yes they have tweaked prices upwards but understandable. It is down to current times. Everything think fresh nothing frozen. I was asked how I wanted beef . Rare and it was. We have had lunch before but this was first for Sunday lunch. Just what this area needs good food good service and above all excellent and clean toilets. It is a phobia of mine. Others in area do not even rate a star. Just my opinion . have seen for myself.a

Our first Sunday roast at The Three Horseshoes. We were not dissapointed. I had lamb and my husband had beef, both were cooked to perfection. We then had dessert, I had the toffee apple and almond crumble and i can honestly say it was the best I have ever had, my husband had baked lemon cheesecake equally as good.

Me and my partner decided to go somewhere different for a date night and boy are we glad we chose the Three Horseshoes in Bubbenhall. It's very newly opened only last month and they have done a wonderful job of decorating it, giving a fresh new look! We were even invited to see the rooms they have available for overnight stays and they look amazing. The staff are ever so welcoming and polite which makes a lovely atmosphere to be in. The food was absolutely lovely, I would highly recommend for couples, family's or just a few drinks. We will definitely be revisting very very soon!

The Three horseshoes is having it's official reopening today Friday 9th of December. It's been completely re furbished with new owners and new menu. Went there to a taster night and the food was excellent. Staff pleasant and friendly. Decor is beautiful and the rooms are gorgeous. Well worth a visit.
