Great team, put the animals first, looked after my dog well after a spay complication and kept me updated every 2 hours. Can't fault the service
I wanted to thank Whitestone vets for everything they have done for me. Your marks are 5 stars (which is very rare I’d give someone that) because you were brilliant with my cat baggy who came to you for years. All you receptionists are so thoughtful and friendly, and new baggy so well. I new she was getting older and it was coming to that time where I had to be firm and no what was best for her, but I will say Chloe you were absolutely brilliant with her and I couldn’t thank you enough. “I would advice Whitestone veterinary clinic to anyone” I’ll definitely thank Sam, gill and all the rest of the team. I’ll never forget baggy as I have her ashes next to me in a little box with her name on. She was put to sleep on the 31st may then cremated on 4th June.
Our new puppy had a little op at the clinic they've been brilliant, with follow up calls and reviews. Highly recommended
Location not good for me unfortunately, but only went there as vet I wanted to see was at this practice on the day of my appointment, instead of usual practice I go to.
Had booked and paid for boosters only to be changed an extra £3.45 later on due to them making a mistake. They then added on £5.00 for late payment. Imagine if it was something serious.
My dog recently had a nasty lump removed she is nearly 13 the vets nurses and all the staff are so helpful and caring. 10 stars from me .
Very nice and friendly I had to come to a different decision to let Ben go As he had a stroke he was 13years old the staff were friendly and helpful and good to me at this sad time I would use them again if I had a new pet
