   Visited today feeling really stressed about my pets allergies the staff there are so knowledgeable and lovely nothing was to much trouble there was one lady in particular who was so helpful regarding the food for my dogs will definitely going back there for dog food prices are good clean and well stocked business highly recommend this business:)

   This is by far the best pet shop in town! I cannot thank Laura and Grace enough for their support, advice and care when my young dog ended up going off his food and having tummy issues. I was on the verge of taking him to the vet but decided to trial the advice given to me by Laura and Grace and what a dramatic change!! My puppy is now happy, healthy, loves his food and his tummy issues are solved! Most likely saved me £100's in vet fees! The knowledge and experience within the shop is second to none, they are always so welcoming and genuinely care about your pet. Thanks so much ladies!!

   We visited here with two Guide Dog puppies in training as it is a good experience for them to get used to being in shops. It also gets them used to the sounds and smells of a pet store especially the smells of the small animals. We also got them weighed at the vets upstairs. The staff are always pleased to see the puppies and are friendly and helpful

   Absolutely wonderful shop and staff! As soon as you walk in someone is there to help with anything you need. The ladies give brilliant advise on what to give my puppy and Loki always walks out wagging with a little treat in his mouth. The prices are a little higher than other pet shops but knowing you are getting great quality products and service makes it 100% worth that little extra. Wouldnt go anywhere else! Puppy Loki gives 10/10.
