   I have visited Travelodge over 100 times, and I have never met a more rude, aggressive and confrontational person than the girl who works nights at the reception of this hotel, Frenkie. We booked a room for two adults, and we came as two individuals, but for some reason, even though that receptionist was wearing glasses, she was seeing more than 2 people? Weird? We gave her our room number after she shouted at us big time, and it also looked like she wanted a psychical altercation with us?..Weird again, but quickly she realised her mistake, which at this point it was too late, as I don't like to be shouted at by an employee who we are all paying her salary by staying in these hotels! I don't know if she is having a bad day, is she suffer from a mental disorder or whatever it is..bottom line is (and my opinion), if you are aggressive, rude and have an awful behavior/attitude then you should not be in contact with public members/customers, and find yourself a job where people cannot see you or experience your obnoxious personality. Instead of arguing with the customers for no reason at all, maybe next time focus on delivering two towels, two cups, and two extra pillows instead of one! The room was booked for 2 adults, not for one, so next time maybe she can do her job properly without starting a fight for no reason at all! Addition to this pathetic behavior, the room was also filthy, big spider web behind the bathroom door (left corner bottom), the soap dispenser is empty as well, and someone needs to hoover the carpet too! I guess this is what you get when you have a poor employees with nasty attitude! What a disgrace!

   Honestly, it is what you paid for. If you’re looking for something affordable and a quick stop, then here you go. No microwave in the rooms so you’d probably have to order hot food and eat it almost immediately lol

   Lovely staff. I booked early check in, then plans changed so I called to say I'd be after midnight. The person rang me back to point out that I could get a refund for my early check in as I had the flexible rate.

   The whole building was clean and fresh. The towels were lluxurious.. A desk fan was provided for my comfort during the heatwave. There was a gatage nearby with a convenience store and a food preparation francise. I had a good night's sleep, with my bedroom window open and minimal traffic noise.

   Cheap spot, but the rooms smell of stale smoke and the building is clearly poorly insulated so it all feels quite drafty. Does the job but no more.

   Odd location but the clean room and friendly staff make up for it. Angie at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Recommended for anyone especially visiting George Eliot Hospital.

   No complaints. Checked in bang on 3:00 and was on the ground floor Room 16. Everything was fine and average, loads of room to hang clothing and storage for shoes etc. TV was a brilliant size no complaints, shower/bath/sink was clean and lovely hot water and plenty of toilet roll. Beds was very comfy alongside the pillows and clean carpet, couple stains on walls but nothing to complain on. Overall, 1 night stay was absolutely fine and would return and recommend. :))

   Weird entrance off the roundabout, just off the petrol station forecourt. Well situated and easily accessed through with good parking. Rooms are clean and spacious and staff are friendly. Bed is comfy and there is a desk, chair, and TV. Feels like a safe area. Not too fat from amenities.
