   I regularly use the coffee shop here with my teenage son afterschool for a treat. The staff always really make my son feel welcome, especially the blonde lady sorry unsure of her name. She goes above and beyond. My sons card was declined but they still got him whatever he wanted and just let me pay later. Lovely atmosphere and nice selection of cakes and drinks

   Had a wonderful afternoon tea at The Old Hall celebrating my 50th birthday. The choice of different afternoon tea menus is great, as there is something for everyone. When making the original booking and later amendments for 15 of us, reception staff were very helpful and accomodating for different tastes and dietary requirements. The day itself was faultless. We had a warm welcome and staff were very attentive, making sure the tea was flowing and everyone was happy. Even taking photos of the group (doing a much better job than I would have done!). The food was delicious and there was lots of it. We were provided with boxes to take some home as we couldn't eat it all. There was no rush for us to leave. Everyone really enjoyed the experience and service. I highly recommend a visit.

   OMG an oasis near Coventry. Stayed with family booked v last minute. V pleasantly surprised. Large rooms, with comfortable beds. Staff were amazing, kind, attentive and excellent sense of humour. Loved the coffee (hotels own brand btw)... Will defo come again when next in the area. Keep up the good work.

   Having used the coffee shop and bar on previous occasions my partner and I decided to book to stay after a friends party and we certainly weren’t disappointed. Georgie and her staff were both friendly and courteous and nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend a stay and having attended many functions there I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them whether it’s for a wedding or simply a lovely night out.

   I went to a diwali event here, absolutely brilliant night, great music, food was 10/10! such a luxurious hotel, very spacious rooms and very modern. Staff were exceptional, I have an egg allergy and they catered for me so well, I actually felt like I was a VIP rather than an inconvenience. Thank you Old Hall. Would highly recommend!

   We stayed overnight as we were attending a party. The experience was excellent from start to finish, lovely friendly check in, shown to our room. Lovely clean room, nice bathroom, nice view out over the front of the hotel. Slept very well, very quiet. Lovely lady in the breakfast cafe, couldn't have been more helpful. Another lovely lady on check out, even offered to carry out bag out to the car, although we declined. To be honest the staff could not have been nicer from the reception, bar and restaurant. We would love to come back.
