   Billie comes in for a regular nail trim and is always so good and clearly comfortable, confident in doing so. Sam is always caring and takes great photos each visit which is lovely to see. Would definitely recommend!

   We have just returned home from Coventry Cat Groomers with our long haired domestic cat, Annie. Sam, the groomer, has a definite gift for calming her furry charges. She began building a rapport with Annie straight away and I was amazed to see how quickly Annie accepted Sam. So much so that it was clear Annie was actually happy to have a wash and trim (she has never liked water), which is a first. Later, she was showing off her 'new look' at home (as opposed to glowering), also a first. Outstanding skills and service to both cats and their anxious owners. Highly recommend!

   I approached sam through word of mouth that she was the best in the business. I had a 24 year old cat Leela that stopped cleaning herself and her fur became awfully matted and needed cutting. Sam’s books were full at the time but where possible she squeezed me in and got her sorted in no time. Leela went from unkept to kitten and she quickly brightened up in behaviour. Would throughly recommend Sam for all your cat grooming needs

   Brought both of my gremlins to see auntie Sam, I was nervous as one of them really hates being handled and the other had his leg amputated so I wasn’t sure how he’d be. She was amazing handling them and was very calm and reassuring with them ❤️
