   If you really love your dog, please do not take it to this place. I’ve taken mine a couple of times and we had to DRAG her inside- whereas in other place she happily goes in. All they do is act like the dogs are dolls to take pictures all day. I think my dog hated it there. Also, one time they took a payment from me without me having confirmed the booking and when I called, the receptionist shouted at me on the phone and hang up. If they have the courage to shout out humans who can advocate for themselves, I can only imagine what they do to dogs who are helpless and alone there.

   This centre focuses on social media views and trends. I’ve seen several videos on there social media pages, that haven’t got the dogs best interest at heart. I don’t see any actual dog equipment, just children’s toys, even a trampoline with exposed springs that could harm a dogs paws/nails.. after several people raised their concerns, they have blocked. Rather than train/educate your staff or even apologise you’ve simple blocked our concerns. I’m not apart of any hate campaign as you’ve said on a previous review. I’ve gone on facts that I’ve seen online, posted by your staff. Terrible Business Management

   Barbara loves in the dog house, the staff are all really friendly and send brilliant pictures & updates all day! Everyone we have spoken to gives off friendly vibes and obviously love the doggos!

   Shop around Not professional, they take on far too many dogs and they don't seem to be very experienced dog handlers. They told us our dog was being aggressive (he's never been aggressive in his life), but when we picked him up they said it wasn't aggression he was just really excited and they couldn't control him. Also, they lost his food and didn't feed him. We've been using someone else since, someone who is experienced with Newfoundland's and is more focused on looking after dogs rather than earning money and he has been perfectly behaved. No aggression what so ever and playing really nicely with all the other dogs.

   Brilliant service. Love the photos throughout the day and my lab always looks engaged and happy. Don’t believe what local dog walkers say, they are just jealous they can’t offer the same flexibility and high levels of customer service. Don’t look anywhere else, this place genuinely looks after your dog and their welfare. ( I am not paid for this review) I appreciate it can be hard to get hold of them at first, but their care is impeccable.

   My dog has been here before, for stay and play, overnight and holiday boarding. I've always recommended them to other people as I've been impressed with the services they offer. However, on this occasion it is a totally different story!! The reason being, before my dog was due to go, he unfortunately hurt his paw and was receiving vet treatment. He was booked in for 8 days as we were going on holiday. I was panic stricken thinking the holiday would have to be cancelled. I rang ITDH and spoke to Jan, after explaining the situation, in her usual calm and reassuring way explained that it was ok and what they would do to make sure he was at ease. So, off on holiday we went. To cut a long story short, I will never be able to thank them enough for what they have done for my dog. The situation changed at short notice from the vet. Through messages and emails things turned out well. They all really do go above and beyond of what us dog parents expect. If they can help they will do everything they can to make sure your dog is at ease and especially comfy. My dog is a rottweiler but he is a big baby. However, even when he's been grumpy with his injury that never phased the staff. The pics prove that he is loving life there. I am still on holiday but have total piece of mind that he's looked after. I really wouldn't leave him elsewhere.

   What a fantastic sleepover our precious dog Monty had at ITDH. From the moment I enquired about him staying the staff were friendly, professional and thorough. He had a settling in session where I was updated how he was getting on and sent photos throughout the day for peace of mind. Monty looked so content and happy and the surroundings were perfect for him to be cosy and comfortable like a home from home. He had a doggo buddy who met all his needs and we know he received so much love and fuss while there. I couldn’t have asked for a better place for him to stay and will definitely be a returning customer.
