“I recently tried a new groomer for my dog, Priya, and while our first visit didn’t go as planned—Priya was nervous and ended up biting the groomer—I'm incredibly impressed with how the groomer handled the situation. After giving it some time, they kindly offered Priya a second chance, and I'm so glad they did! Priya was much more comfortable this time, and the groomer did an absolutely wonderful job. I truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and understanding. Priya looks great, and I’ll definitely be back! Just an update to the original post, Priya has been returning ever since, each time she has got better and better, Leticia and Jason have been so good with Priya and making her feel happy and settled as much as possible during her grooming. At the end Priya is happy to accept their treats. If your dog is unsure of the groomers then you should try here, Leticia is so supportive and talks through what she’s doing and she is brilliant with Priya. I can't recommend highly enough.”

“The customer service I have received here is fantastic . I ordered some scissors which unfortunately were faulty. Sian went above and beyond to rectify this and was so quick to sort out . The scissors I have now are fantastic and Sian’s knowledge about the scissors to enable me to purchase the correct pair for myself, was also great . I had had a pair of the curved scissors for years now and I also love these. Good quality scissors which don’t break the bank . Thanks for all your help Sian”

They are so thoughtful and gentle and understanding of the physical and mental issues associated with an older dog. They have groomed her for over 5 years now and although it is a 2 hour round trip, it is worth for the service our 'Old Girl' receives, thank you”

“I took my 2 year old collie to have her first professional groom last week, I've always washed her myself as her social skills with other dogs aren't the greatest and she can get a bit anxious, but, she was malting like mad so I gave coopers dog grooming a call. Jess listened to my worries and reassured me Gypsy would be well looked after. We actually waited on the premises whilst she groomed Gypsy and got to watch parts of the process. Gypsy took really well to Jess, she enjoys a bath at home but considering she was in unfamiliar territory she was completely at ease with the way Jess interacted with her, and I could see she was enjoying the attention. Aside from how Jess interacted with my dog, the actual service itself was also flawless. She was washed, dried, combed and clipped into a beautifully sleek and silky collie who came out smelling of summer fruits!! I will absolutely be taking Gypsy back for further grooming sessions with Jess and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. I saw an array of dogs leaving the premises from both girls that work there and they all looked fab! I'm over the moon.”

And lastly my dog looked and smelt amazing after he was groomed. Jordan groomed my dog just the way I like him. The salon was also very clean. We went to Berlin for a few days and entrusted Orestocks Cattery to look after our three precious Serengeti male cats who can be a bit of a handful sometimes, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. “Took our young long haired German Shepherd ( Mollie ) who despite her size and vocal skills is very timid around new people, she is also a complete drama queen when getting brushed at home, she went along without any hesitation, she was more than happy to be left as she had a big fuss made of her.
