    Lovely interior with a good range of accessories, treats and dried food but manage your expectations if you are a raw feeder for your dog. I have been in twice now and the selection of raw, frozen food is abysmal. There is a note on the freezer citing supply issues and when I asked when they expected more stock in they said that to keep costs down they would only keep what customers wanted. Inside that I wanted tripe. They didn't have any but a shop the other side of town did. They deliver but not to where I live because its over the river. They won't know what customers want if there's nothing in the freezer to buy. Nice enough shop but I won't be returning.

    Got my first pet hamster the other day at the ark, wasn’t sure how to put the cage together it was really stressful but I rang the store and Connor was really kind enough to offer to help me put the cage together!! Will definitely be back again!

    Having recently moved to the city and without a bath, I knew washing the dog would be a nightmare. This place is a game changer, amazing facilities and super helpful staff. £9.99 for a small dog . including towels, products, hot, water, hot air and even an apron for me.
