   I phoned up to see if it was possible to get my dog booked in before Christmas. I was so lucky that there was one space left on Friday 20th December. On arriving at the groomers and I was a few minutes early I popped in to say that I was there while the dog was in the car but lucky it was fine for me to bring the dog in early than I was booked in for. Jordan did such a wonderful job and I was kept informed firstly by a text message half an hour before he was expecting to be finished with my dog and then he rang me as I was just starting to lock the house up to say he had finished earlier than expected. With been five minutes drive away I informed Jordan that I was just jumping into the car to drive over and that I be there within the next five minutes. When I came to collect my dog Jordan did such a fantastic job with her haircut and did it all lovely and short all over which is how I just like it. I am really grateful to Jordan for fitting in my dog in before Christmas as a new customer but also booking in my dog for another groom at the end of January 2025 for me while I was there. It was such a lovely surprise that my dog was even given a little red stocking with her name on it with some doggy treats in and had some lovely Christmas pictures sent to me by Jordan of my dog on a chair after her haircut. I would highly recommend this dog groomers to anyone who is looking for a dog groomer in the area as such a amazing and fantastic job was done with my dogs hair cut by Jordan which both me and my dog are so grateful to Jordan for his hard work.

   I took my cocker spaniel to be groomed with Jordan. Jordan was great from being really responsive and friendly booking the appointment, to taking the time to encourage and handle my nervous dog. And lastly my dog looked and smelt amazing after he was groomed. Jordan groomed my dog just the way I like him. The salon was also very clean. I really recommend and we have our next appointment already booked!

   I can’t recommend Jordon highly enough! Bella has been going to him for grooming since she was a puppy and he has developed a wonderful rapport with her. He is an expert in his field and she always leaves his salon looking and smelling wonderful.

   Our first time taking our Irish Water Spaniel to Jordan but definitely not our last. He did an amazing job with him. It was apparently his first time working with an IWS, but you would not be able to tell from the trim he gave him. Jordan put in so much work researching the breed for me, it was really appreciated. Also as importantly our dog seemed happy and content when we picked him up, and Jordan seems to have a very calm and reassuring manner which is great for a nervous dog. I would highly recommend JDog Grooms for a caring, high-quality, professional dog grooming experience.

   Jordan is absolutely brilliant at his profession, he grooms our two springer spaniels to such a high standard. They spend most of their time covered in mud so to have them looking and smelling so nice is amazing. Most importantly I feel they are always so happy to be left with Jordan, all dogs love him. When we had a litter of puppies last year he kindly trimmed all their claws for us too.

   It’s great to find someone who puts so much care and attention into every groom, we would not go anywhere else now. Freddie loves going to see Jordan and always come out looking very handsome. Freddie’s coat isn’t easy being a cockapoo but Jordan does a fantastic job and has always listen to what we like/want. Highly recommend!

   A superb friendly and professional service! Our dog Jimbo is a rescue dog and is always wary about new people or situations. When we first got him and took him to Jordan he hadn't been groomed for well over a year. He was immediately at ease with Jordan and let him wash, cut and clip his nails, resulting in a really happy and handsome boy!!!! You can tell that JDog Grooms loves what he does and dogs equally. Will definitely be back and would definitely recommend!!!
