Staff are always friendly and helpful, was struggling to find the right food for my senior dog and staff kindly advised me that they no longer stock the food I was looking for due to a possible recipe change but gave alternatives that were available and of the same or similar quality
Staff are always very friendly here. They have a huge variety of pet food, toys, crates/travel accessories etc.

Unfortunately I have visit this store again today to purchase some parrot food. AGAIN no parrot food available in large sacks. This is happening often so I won't be going there again for parrot food. Unreliable. NOTHING TO DO WITH STAFF as they are brilliant. Shame the company can't perform as their staff do.
Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Dogs welcome, no steps for access and plenty of car parking outside for free. Also other customers very friendly!
Never visited a Jollyes store before today and honestly I'm so happy that I've found out about it now. They have a HUGE selection for pets. Huge range of pet treats and the pick and mix 5-£4.00 is really good value. Dog kibble + meat stocked in-store with frozen food also frozen live food as well. The prices are actually really good. They have a whole wall dedicated to pet toys alongside a huge range of KONG toys too, most of these being competitively priced too. Honestly is a one stop shop for your pets needs, even better they have great customer service too!

This place is okay but not as well stocked or clean as I had hoped. Only saw one member of staff and they were serving so difficult to ask for help. Some stock more expensive than local supermarkets so was disappointed.
Stopped in jollyes before picking up our new puppy. Stopped one lady that worked there to ask her questions, what a lovely member of staff. No question unanswered great advice. Had her there for about 20 minutes. Thanks again.
Really lovely staff. Great selection. Nicer than going in the bigger chain. Will be going here in future. Staff also helped me to my car as I had a baby in my arms. Very good.
