“Second time for our two boys to be groomed at the same time by the great team in Lymington. Dylan our 5 year old springer/lab cross also has his teeth cleaned which has amazing results and is great value - so much better than having to do it at the vet under sedation. Luca our 10 month old working cocker came out looking fantastic - shame is it didn’t take him very long to find a very muddy puddle - see the photo! “Kirsty is always so attentive and caring towards my guinea pigs. The two long haired ones are bathed and have a hair cut every few months and all of them have more regular nail clips where Kirsty visits at our home to save the piggies getting distressed with travelling etc. They feel very comfortable around her and she always does a great job!”

“Brilliant dogwash. So convenient and easy to use. I needed somewhere to take my labrador who can get smelly and muddy and didn't want to pay to take him to a groomer just for a wash. This machine is perfect! I now have a fresh smelling dog and will be using it weekly from now on! Such an amazing addition to the area.”

“Boots has been going to Hairy Poppins for 2 years now, and I would not go anywhere else. It is the perfect one stop shop offering best practice in doggy daycare and expert grooming. I am often stopped and asked where I had my dog groomed, I always tell them. Tracy and Sam are wonderful with the dogs, and I am able to drop Boots at the door literally as he cant get through it fast enough! He is a very happy pooch, and loves both Sam, Tracy and Sarah. A wonderful Professional Team with expert skills qualifications and knowledge but who genuinely really care for our fur babies. “Nisha has been grooming our standard poodle, Merlin, for around a year now - starting when he was just a tiny puppy. Merlin absolutely adores Nisha, which I think says it all! He loves going to hers for a groom, and always perks up when he realises where we are heading. He comes away looking so fresh and beautiful, Nisha does a wonderful job grooming him even though he is a very lovely dog..! We absolutely cannot recommend Nisha enough.”

Michael was amazing at recommending what style would look good on her, and showed me through photo examples so I knew what to expect. The staff were all absolutely lovely, and I even received texts throughout the groom to keep me updated with how Bella was getting on. “We took our little lovable friendly over sensitive Chi to the salon this morning to have his nails trimmed . We had been putting it off for so long as he had a bad experience at a vets who cut into the quick and has never forgotten it. What can I say but a huge thank you to all The L A team . We bit the bullet and booked him in fearing that we would be picking him up within 5 mins as he turns into the antichrist whenever anyone touches his feet . OMG I was met at reception by a lovely lady who proceeded to put me at ease and promised to at least have a go . Pop back in 10 mins she said . I left to pop up to charity shop nearby fearing the worst waiting for a phone call but no call came . I went back 10 mins later and there he was happy as Larry waiting for me in the window . !!!! Experience from start to finish was Excellent and even better they said he can come back again lol. Thank you again guys you are a fab team .”

“I have taken my Labrador to Emily for a full groom. I just love it! He isn't an easy dog to bathe and dry as he has never been used to it and doesn't stop moving; he also doesn't really enjoy it. Emily is always caring and comprehensive. Highly recommend.”

“The store manager is a really nice person with a kind heart. My naughty dog used to pee and poop all over the house and bark loudly. After I left it at the store for boarding, it was trained very well, and I could connect to the surveillance 24 hours a day to see my dog. It was really great!”
