Been taking lulu to Romsey for about 4 years it's always been a great experience. Very helpful staff and they take very good care of my little girl. I would recommend dogwood groomers in Romsey for anyone who likes to know that they will pick up a very happy pet.
We have had all three of our cockerpoos groomed here ever since they were puppies and they have always done a brilliant job. They are very good with them and they always look great when we pick them up.
I have used Dogwood Romsey for 18 months approx 8 grooms of my Cockapoo Rufus. The service is generally good and I have never complained. The last grooming experience was very poor. I have sent two complaint emails and neither have been acknowledged. I do not believe Rufus was washed as he smelt the same after his groom. I washed him the following day and you can see the dirty water in the photos. His groom was of poor quality and he was not evenly cut with stra stands all over his body. His paw pads were also not cut. This groom cost £73. I will not be using Dogwood again. Dogwood contacted me and quickly accepted my complaint. They had an internal investigation and offered me a refund for the groom and arranged for Rufus to be seen by a senior groomer to rectify the issues I had raised. Based on the response and willingness of Dogwood to address the issues quickly I have changed my rating to 4*. This demonstrates that Dogwood take responsibility when thing don’t always go right and they went beyond to resolve the issues quickly.
Buster had his first trip to Dogwood today. He’s never looked so handsome! Rose did a fantastic job and was clearly patient with him. Plenty of time was given to discuss what was needed before hand, I was able to point out the areas he doesn’t like being handled and how to get on his good side. So happy and he will definitely be back for his next groom
Always the loveliest service from the friendliest staff here, my dog actually loves it here and actually gets really excited as we go through the door. We’ve been quite disappointed by some other groomers locally, but never here at Dogwood. Would definitely recommend and will definitely book again and again. Thanks Dogwood Romsey!
My old lab and mums young cavapoochon have had the best grooming sessions ever! The staff listen to what you want and take time to explain all they have done. Will definitely be going there again and the price is great too.

Molly absolutely loves it here! Having had a bad experience in a previous place we will not be changing for her next groom! The dogs are treated amazingly well and she is happy to go in and be left which is such a relief! Lovely cut and they listen to your requests. Highly recommended! Thanks
