First groom at Happy Tails and our dogs look so much better, calmer, happier now they are lighter and cooler. A lovely job done and booked return groom in 7wks time. Fantastic
Took our newly adopted German shepherd here today. Wasn't sure how he would get on with a groom but they were very warm and welcoming. He has had a massive pamper and looks like a brand new dog. So pleased! Will definitely be back.
Absolutely would not recomend! Today my dog went in for a FULL SERVICE groom which included earl cleaning, bathing and nail cutting. This was just 1 time because my normal groomer had no spaces. the lady said it would take about 1 hour but not even half an hour passed and they said my dog was ready, he wasnt even bathed and all the hairs got all over my car. So now we just got home and bathed him, and what ae found is a patch where my babys fur was ripped out. not one, but multiple patches. and the ladies were complaining that he bit them even though they left him with multiple patches on his body without fur. I will never come back again. Especially because they didnt even do the full service!
Our dog had become quite matted and her hair far too long, but they sorted her out with issues. They were very friendly and helped as out at short notice as we had been let down elsewhere . We will use them in the future.

Fantastic place to get the dogs haircut. Kate is amazing at what she does. Always impressed with the result and service.
My first visit. But staff very nice and helpful. .My dog seemed very relaxed too which isnt always the case as he doesnt see or hear very well due to his age.Good directions given by the groomer...a little bi off the beaten track.
Kate is excellent! I wouldn't trust my dogs to anyone. They aren't a fan of being touched by humans, but Kate is so nice to them that they let her do her thing. They always come back looking like a million dollars and smelling gorgeous too! They always look so proud of her their new look and strut around showing it off to me. My dogs are predominantly white and they looks whiter than white when they come back from Happy Tails :) Thanks Kate! x
