Such a lovely lovely lady!! I’ve tried lots and lots of groomers for my little girl Poppy (8yr jackshpoo with a skin allergy).but only two have I ever returned too!!! Knowing this I decided to groom Poppy myself while Cheryl was on maternity…. I’m so glad that you have returned, dog grooming is definately not for me!! Thank you ‘Hair Bears’
We recently booked our Cavapoo Kobe in with Cheryl for a full groom. We’d been to another groomer previously and hadn’t been as impressed with the quality of the cut so were trying someone new. When we arrived to pick Kobe up we were blown away. Cheryl had done an excellent job and Kobe smelled and looked incredible (the best groomed in our house by a long way). I would recommend to anyone looking for a poodle cross groomed. Can’t wait to book him back in!
Cheryl very kindly accepted my mini cross Schnauzer/Poodle puppy as a client. An excellent groom and . friendly and warm person, Cheryl greeted us in the car ready to take my puppy. Bearing in mind he hates being brushed he settled down very quickly but was a little afraid of the table. Cheryl went to extraordinary lengths to pacify and reassure him. Although still a little nervous he came home with a magnificent haircut and I even had feedback from Cheryl re the future and what to look out for for the times between appointments. We will definitely be a returning customer and I'd thoroughly recommend Hair Bears for prospective clients who want a smile and an excellent service. well operated.
I am so happy to have found Cheryl, she is amazing and clearly very dedicated to her work and the dogs that she grooms. She took time to listen to what makes my dog anxious and didn't rush to take him from me, making it easier for him to go with her. She let me know part way through that he was ok (he is an anxious chap and doesn't like being groomed) until now that is. He came out tail wagging with a fab cut! I booked with Cheryl having seen the fantastic job that she did grooming a friend’s dog and am thrilled that I did. Cheryl did a smashing job, so comprehensive - and my little dog Tucci has never looked so fantastic. And even now two days later he smells like a peach. Fantastic dog groomer! My dogs loved Cheryl and they both came back looking beautiful and smelled gorgeous. They were not in the best condition - due to their usual groomer being closed during lockdown. Have already booked in the girls (and my new boy’s) next groom in 6 weeks and will be using for all their future pampering sessions :)

Great service from Hair Bears. Poppy is a Husky x Collie, so she has very thick fur. Cheryl took great care into looking after Poppy as she can sometimes be quite a nervous dog. She came back smelling lovely and looking very smart and shiny. She even had a cute bandana!
