We visited Clip and Dip for the first time with our recently rehomed Yorkie. He absolutely loved Claudia and came out looking and smelling delicious. Will definitely be making Clip & Dip our regular groomer - absolutely brilliant, thank you.
Great experience with our puppy today! It was Ebby's first groom session and the Clip & Dip Dog Grooming staff took as much time as needed to make the dog feel comfortable. Thank you so much, Ebby is sooo pretty and ready for the hot weather :)
I am over the moon with my whole experience at Clip and Dip. Claudia was so incredibly patient with me, who was nervous for my 1 year old whippet, as this was her first time at a groomers. I could not recommend enough. Nailah doesn’t have a trim as she has a very short coat but the shampoo, conditioner and doggy perfume smells absolutely incredible. I can’t wait to bring her back. Thank you again x
Well Milo has found his new pamper parlour. He liked it as soon as he walked through the door, so much so he had a little wee just to mark it as his. Claudia has done a fantastic job, we have our dapper chap back. Most importantly Claudia really cares about the dogs if she didn't Milo would certainly let us know, but when we returned he was running about having fun with the look like they do.... Oooh look at me I'm a handsome boy and I know it. Well all I can say we certainly will be returning an i know Milo will be happy to come back to have a play and pamper session.
I took my new rescue, Loki, to Claudia and I mentioned I was apprehensive about how she’d react as I had no idea of her history. Claudia assured me she’d work with Loki and do her best so I booked an appointment and left Loki in her capable hands. When I went back, Loki looked and smelled incredible. She was was super fluffy, and white, and smooth to the touch. She was also VERY excitable. Claudia explained that Loki was perfectly fine with having her nails done, but hated the blower. After having been so nervous about leaving Loki before, I now feel so much better knowing she was in such good hands and that when I need to take Loki again I know how she’ll react. I can honestly say, I’ll be back again.
I have just picked up my puppy from Clip & Dip and he looks absolutely gorgeous! Claudia has been fantastic, she took the time to make my puppy feel relaxed and comfortable on his first trip to the groomers. I wasn't sure how my puppy would feel as it is a new experience but it was clear how much he loved being with Claudia and I knew 100% I could trust her to take care of him as if he were her own. She also offered me brilliant advice for how to keep him clean and healthy at home, something as a new puppy owner I really appreciated. The cut is fantastic - exactly how I asked for it to be! I cannot fault Claudia in any way, I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a dog groomers!!!
