“We were lucky to have found Nicky and her company 'Pickles Pets' around 3yrs ago and we've never looked back. Instant peace of mind whenever we are away and always the most lovely photos/videos of our cats from her first visit to the last :) It is so clear that our pets get all the attention they need, even as outdoor pets that can sometimes be a challenge getting in for food [selective memory on 24hr cat flap access vs sunbathing/chasing anything that moves etc etc] the photos are great evidence that they are almost always back for Nicky's food tops up and loving affection.”

“Been using their online ordering and delivery for a few years now. Great selection from different raw meat providers, not stuck to just one, which normally means if something is out of stock you can find a good replacement from another provider. Have never had any problems over the years and very happy with their service. As long as they provide a service I see no reason for using anyone else.”

Vicky is incredibly helpful with everything I’ve gone to her asking what she would recommend to help. Not only that, she’s honest and will not try to push you to buy something completely different like most pet stores!”

“Travelled an hour to visit this particular store after reading the great reviews on Facebook. I was looking into getting a royal python after mine died this year and came away with one! We have a store closer than this, but I wanted to come here and I wasn’t disappointed with the service or set ups. They put the animal first which is what a good store should do. An overall great experience and worth the distance travelled. Very friendly service and they all have great passion and knowledge. Thank you :)”

“I first discovered Grovely Pets when my puppy's food was making him feel unwell and was advised he most likely had a grain allergy. They suggested a different food for him and it worked pretty much immediately! Have continued going ever since and every single time I've been met with such friendless and a wealth of knowledge - I would highly recommend! Their prices are very reasonable and its clear that everything is high quality, its nice knowing my pup is being fed the best. Thank you so much :)”

“This pet shop is a real gem in the Olivers Battery area. They are really well stocked with quality pet food, treats and everything else you might need. The staff go above and beyond to help make sure you get what's right for your pet. Some stuff is pricey but it's very good quality.”

They then suggested that we sign up for puppy socialisation. We did and it has been beneficial and a lot of fun. Amelia and Daisy are great, but actually they all are.”

“A brilliant pet store. On my forst visit I asked for advice with my 6 month old pup to transition to a raw food diet. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. He absolutely loved it and I've been back since and received advice on training treats which he all loved. Such a brilliant store which we will now be regulars at. Well priced with a good variety. They offer a harness fitting service which we will be going in for next week.”

“Very helpful and friendly lady, we were looking for charcoal biscuits for our puppy who has a dirty habit of eating poop and we were told to get these biscuits from an advise page, after searching around we found this pet store who sold them! She was good on giving us helpful advice. Thankfully our puppy has stopped eating poop now due to these biscuits! Hopefully I don't jinx it by writing this haha. Thanks for your help!”
