“Travelled an hour to visit this particular store after reading the great reviews on Facebook. I was looking into getting a royal python after mine died this year and came away with one! We have a store closer than this, but I wanted to come here and I wasn’t disappointed with the service or set ups. They put the animal first which is what a good store should do. An overall great experience and worth the distance travelled. Very friendly service and they all have great passion and knowledge. Thank you :)”

“Been using their online ordering and delivery for a few years now. Great selection from different raw meat providers, not stuck to just one, which normally means if something is out of stock you can find a good replacement from another provider. Have never had any problems over the years and very happy with their service. As long as they provide a service I see no reason for using anyone else.”

“I first discovered Grovely Pets when my puppy's food was making him feel unwell and was advised he most likely had a grain allergy. They suggested a different food for him and it worked pretty much immediately! Have continued going ever since and every single time I've been met with such friendless and a wealth of knowledge - I would highly recommend! Their prices are very reasonable and its clear that everything is high quality, its nice knowing my pup is being fed the best. Thank you so much :)”

Vicky is incredibly helpful with everything I’ve gone to her asking what she would recommend to help. “A brilliant pet store. On my forst visit I asked for advice with my 6 month old pup to transition to a raw food diet. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. He absolutely loved it and I've been back since and received advice on training treats which he all loved. Such a brilliant store which we will now be regulars at. Well priced with a good variety. They offer a harness fitting service which we will be going in for next week.”

“Very helpful and friendly lady, we were looking for charcoal biscuits for our puppy who has a dirty habit of eating poop and we were told to get these biscuits from an advise page, after searching around we found this pet store who sold them! She was good on giving us helpful advice. Thankfully our puppy has stopped eating poop now due to these biscuits! Hopefully I don't jinx it by writing this haha. Thanks for your help!”

“I bought my dog Bambi in for her annual booster. She is a rescue dog and very wary of visiting the vets. The lady vet I saw was fantastic with her, and very reassuring. She also gave me some useful information about training and helping with Bambi's anxieties. I do see a different vet each time we visit, so there is a lack of continuity would be my only negative. But everyone I've seen has been lovely. And the Receptionist was also vey helpful. Thank you”

“Bought my guinea pigs from here ~2 years ago. Kept them at Fiveways in the summer for a bit and they were well looked after. Hay and nuggets from here have been fairly cheap - definitely worth supporting this local shop. They even throw in some free treats from buying 2 bags of hay. Staff are friendly as well”

“Don't expect a plush outside. It's a ramshackle mix of huts but the products are dry and the service good. Head towards the tack barn area then turn right and then right again. You will be near the pay area and should find someone to help you. This place provided a much needed life line during COVID and is appreciated by the locals as offering good value on good products.”
