   Matthew white. Please contact Fiveways pets as we have gone through our records and can not find any info regarding purchasing any pets from us. We keep very detailed log of all purchases and sales here at Fiveways pets. We have also not recieved a complaint regarding this matter either. Please contact us asap. Regarding an 8 month old hamster. All our hamsters are purchased between 7/8 weeks and are usually sold within a 2/3 week period as we only order a handful at a time. We do not usually order until all are sold. Please phone us to discuss.

   Very poor shop, bought two pets lately a budgie and a hamster both died very soon after purchase and found out the hamster was in fact 8 months older than advertised! Wouldn’t recommended this shop! Would recommend a legit pet shop!

   Excellent place. I leave my pet bird here every time I go on holiday and they take such good care of him. They clean the cages well, feed them, and staff is lovely.

   Bought my guinea pigs from here ~2 years ago. Kept them at Fiveways in the summer for a bit and they were well looked after. Hay and nuggets from here have been fairly cheap - definitely worth supporting this local shop. They even throw in some free treats from buying 2 bags of hay. Staff are friendly as well

   I like this pet shop. Staff are friendly & helpful & know their kibble from their chicken feet. There is a wide variety of treats and foods to choose from for all pets even though it looks small from the outside. Large selection of toys & other accessories for your pets including beds & hutches

   Please remember to support small businesses! I recommend to visit the shop before you go to a big store....you would be surprise how much cheaper most of the stuff is, they also have live animals for sale like those two gorgeous cheeky birds in the pictures i have bought a few months ago
