“Great take away experience We decided to try food from here and had a lovely range of treats. We went for some humus, falafel, spicy sausages and the sharing mixed grill meze, with plenty of bread included. The food was very well packed and tasted very fresh and flavoursome. The falafel were rather large and a little dry but overall everything was delicious. Lots of food, with a 20% discount bonus for take away service. A great choice and definite addition to our selection of eat out meals... many thanks Baraca”

“Bought my guinea pigs from here ~2 years ago. Kept them at Fiveways in the summer for a bit and they were well looked after. Hay and nuggets from here have been fairly cheap - definitely worth supporting this local shop. They even throw in some free treats from buying 2 bags of hay. Staff are friendly as well”

“This is way more than just the best wine shop in Bournemouth! Being a bit of a Whisky lover it's a veritable treasure trove of fantastic malts! But what I really love is the owners immense knowledge of every product he sells, from wine and whisky to local ales and gins! I challenge anyone to ask him about a product he sells, if he doesn't know more information on it than you thought possible... I'll give up wine for a month... (I won't really, but you get the gist)...”

“When arriving to do my shop at Asda I realised my tyre was flat so headed to Barmer to get it fixed. So convenient as they fix it whilst you shop so no waiting around. Hank and the men that work there are fantastic and very patient (I took my keys shopping and couldn’t find my lock and wheel nut!) would highly recommend! Thanks guys ☺️”

“Thank you Jordan!! Amazing experience (service and food) at ASK Bournemouth! ..... My friend and I were unable to see the movie we wanted at the BH2 Odeon cinema, so we went to Ask Italian at the BH2 centre for food instead. Despite being very busy they were able to fit us in and for that we are so grateful to the man who got us a table. Sadly, we didn't get his name, but he was so accommodating and friendly. The manager of the restaurant was also so helpful and made us feel so welcome, but it was our server Jordan who really stole the show! I own a private medical clinic so I am always very aware of the service I receive and all I can say is that we were blown away by Jordan’s helpfulness and manner, he was so attentive and despite us not intending to have a dessert because we were full, Jordan’s upselling skills were brilliant as he introduced us to the smaller dessert with a coffee option which was perfect. On a very busy evening the whole team were efficient and welcoming and service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious (thank you Chef too!). A great evening was had and, to the whole team (and especially Jordan!) we are so very grateful! We will be back! Thank you so much!”

“We have just had two bathrooms redesigned by Lisa at Curtis Brothers and fitted by Dave Palmer. The whole process has been very easy and relaxed. Lisa guided us through the design process and helped us make the right decisions on what would be suitable for our bathrooms. We changed our minds a lot but nothing was too much trouble. When it came to fitting, Dave is meticulous and he made no decisions without checking with us first. We now have two gorgeous bathrooms with everything as we want it and no snagging issues. There have no nasty surprises or hidden costs so although the headline quotes may have felt expensive, I could be completely confident that this is what we were going to pay. I have no hesitation in recommending Lisa and Dave if you are looking for a beautiful bathroom built to last.”
