   Thank you Jordan!! Amazing experience (service and food) at ASK Bournemouth! ..... My friend and I were unable to see the movie we wanted at the BH2 Odeon cinema, so we went to Ask Italian at the BH2 centre for food instead. Despite being very busy they were able to fit us in and for that we are so grateful to the man who got us a table. Sadly, we didn't get his name, but he was so accommodating and friendly. The manager of the restaurant was also so helpful and made us feel so welcome, but it was our server Jordan who really stole the show! I own a private medical clinic so I am always very aware of the service I receive and all I can say is that we were blown away by Jordan’s helpfulness and manner, he was so attentive and despite us not intending to have a dessert because we were full, Jordan’s upselling skills were brilliant as he introduced us to the smaller dessert with a coffee option which was perfect. On a very busy evening the whole team were efficient and welcoming and service was fast and the food was absolutely delicious (thank you Chef too!). A great evening was had and, to the whole team (and especially Jordan!) we are so very grateful! We will be back! Thank you so much!

   It was the best Italian food i have ever had in UK. i ordered pesto and cheese dough bites, cheese fondue, mushroom and truffle calzone, risotto con funghi and they were all amazing. Couldn’t have had a better experience, thank you to Wilson and to Nathan who were both very nice and accommodating. Cant wait to be back

3. Not Just Travel Travel by Michelle Nurdin ★★★★☆

   Well, it is that age-old dilemma: the food was excellent and the service was excellent but the lights were on full and it looked as though we were in a college cafeteria. So is it more important that the food and the service is five star or is it more important that the ambience is appealing? Anyway, I would definitely recommend the garlic bread and cheese and I had the linguine carbonara, which was also very good. I was served by Mendi who deserves a special mention because he was great.

   Food is ok but certainly nothing special. The cheese 'fondu" is nothing more than a ramekin with melted cheese and bread slithers. Pizza was ok. The Bolognese pasta was edible. To be honest, we only went here because they took us without a booking. Everywhere else had an hour wait. One thing you need to be aware of is that ASK are not geared to accepting cash. I wanted to pay cash and was told that NO CHANGE would be given if I did. I think this is a breach of trading standards, as this constitutes charging a fee for a selected payment method and is not levied against other payment methods. I'll be reported this.

   Staff was really nice, food amazing, went to date morning with my girlfriend on my birthday, staff give us complementary Prosecco. We did enjoy the environment, highly recommended.

   Outstanding food. Service was impeccable the waitress Annabelle was very busy gave outstanding customer service to every customer ensuring that every customer had an amazing experience at the restaurant. Annabelle is an absolute credit to your company along with the manager who I spoke to about the service. Highly recommended

   Seven of us had dinner together at this restaurant. Despite the fact that it was very busy, the service was excellent. Both drinks and food arrived very quickly and the staff were extremely helpful. We brought in our own birthday cake to celebrate a family birthday and plates, forks and napkins were happily and quickly provided. The food was excellent and we will certainly return in the future.
