“Staff very helpful, great clothes. I was looking for a dress for Christmas party. I ended up trying on about 7 dresses and they nearly all looked great on. Finally got down to 2 favourites and just couldn't decide so bought both. Prices are reasonable and sale prices are great, I basically got 2 dresses for the price of 1 I saw elsewhere so I am very happy .”

Arlo proceeded to process my request for a visit and a few days later an engineer was sent to tell me it was beyond economic repair. I contacted Arlo again a few days later and a new machine was offered. I decided t take the cash and brought a machine from Currys. Overall I got a quick response and also a new machine.”
