    The shop is incredibly expensive first off. Me, My nanny and mum went there and we saw 0 customers in the store. Dark haired lady with short boyish hair who was the manager was incredibly rude to my nan and me and my mum wanted to both say something. My nan couldn’t get a refund on something she had brought from them online and she had an incredibly different experience compared to last time as one of the ladies gave me a gift card as a refund. Would absolutely NOT recommend here as clothes are overpriced and it’s quite boring £65 for a coat

    Google times say open til 5.30 on Saturdays but store closed! Window says 10am-4pm Mon-Sat. Update Google if you want people to shop with you!

    I visited Roman Originals today and I always buy one or two tops etc from this shop. Unfortunately i felt very uneasy in the shop today. The tall dark haired lady that works in the shop is always lovely and friendly. Unfortunately the other lady who seems to be the manageress is not so friendly. After constantly giving me dirty looks and noticeably watching and following me round the shop i decided to leave. I consider myself a regular customer but this is the first time I have left this shop without purchasing something. Such a shame as i intended to buy a top or two but was made to feel so uncomfortable i decided not to.

    Staff very helpful, great clothes. I was looking for a dress for Christmas party. I ended up trying on about 7 dresses and they nearly all looked great on. Finally got down to 2 favourites and just couldn't decide so bought both. Prices are reasonable and sale prices are great, I basically got 2 dresses for the price of 1 I saw elsewhere so I am very happy .

    Nice clothing but the ladies in there follow you round like your going to put something I your pocket very off putting so just walk out and spe d my money elsewhere

    Some nice items, mostly for the more mature lady, but not all. I've had a couple of items that didn't wear well at all, like the velvet pattern trousers I bought on which the velvet pattern rubbed off the first time I wore them. I was sat at a friend's house drinking tea, so hardly heavy use. I decided then to stop buying from Roman. Also the items in their sale have been brought out every season for years now, but are still the same price. Customer service in this particular store is also a bit poor, some seem to look down on anyone less than 75 and others just leave the store unattended while they're in the stockroom or wherever.

    Very bad experience. My mom she came from Ukraine and did shopping in this shop today, sales assistant started shouting to her because she came 10 minutes before closing. Management should training staff because this is not firs time. One year ago the same person was shouting on me and my friend because we touching close by hands… and after we just stoped going there.
