   Nice store and easy to find what I wanted. Upon checkout, there was a cashier helping another customer. I waited and then another man came and pushed in. No sign with please wait here so difficult to know where to queue. As soon as I mentioned that I was waiting, the other cashier did however ring for assistance but that's not the point. At least ask the customer if I need help. I don't just stand there looking pretty

   An underwhelmingly small NEXT store in the shopping centre. Barely has any items of clothing in here that are within my size range. Probably won't be going here again. Prefer to shop somewhere with more choice.

   Today I tried to return a pair of jeans I bought a week ago. Unfortunately, they refused to refund me because the card I used to purchase the jeans five days ago expired yesterday and they wouldn’t accept my new card even though it was from the same account. The person behind the till said it was a glitch in the system but she was still unwilling to try and resolve it for me. Only offered a credit note. So I still have a pair of jeans I don’t want and no card that I can have the money refunded to

   A very small store. Bought an item online which is not as expected. I was given a 'gift card' as a refund but it won't work online. Have to go back as web chat says I should have been refunded. Pricey for the quality. Children's clothes sale is great though.

   Super friendly staff which creates a nice atmosphere in the store and has a good clothing range available. The next day to store free delivery is very useful if you can't get hold of a size option or anything in the catalog that isn't stocked - I work locally so can just pop in on lunch break.
