Every time I come here , Tori , Hayley and Kerry are always so helpful . They all give me their honest opinion and help with co ordinating colours for a wedding which is coming up . The styles and colours in the shop also are spaced out so you can see what you’re looking for . All these ladies are so happy to help and nothing is too much trouble . A very happy customer ! Kathy B
Took my 90 year old mum to look for a dress, she can’t see or walk much and it can be difficult but not in Hobbs the staff were amazing could not ask for better service, we sadly didn’t find anything but enjoyed the experience and would 100% shop there again. Thank you so much
Absolutely amazing staff! Very helpful and put all of their effort into helping us decide on a dress! This place is definitely wheelchair accessible too, there is room to move about and they have a bigger changing room too! Great place to look for wedding guest dresses and accessories!
A fabulous place to shop! The staff are attentive and extremely helpful. My previous visit to Hobbs in Ringwood was for an outfit for my husbands funeral, so it was emotional going back last week. Kerry & Heather were very patient and helped me choose a dress for a day out with my girl friends. Hobbs clothes especially the dresses fit me well and the quality is way better than the competition. It has always been and remains my go to clothes shop.
Fantastic people and a great selection of outfits. Tori and the other staff at Ringwood looked after me. They gave me lots of options to suit what I needed and let me take my time trying everything on. I had great advice and am very pleased with my outfit. It was really good having Phase Eight next door to use for other accessories as they are part of the same group.

Amazing customer service from Emily at Hobbs, Ringwood. This was the only store that had a dress my mum loved - Emily went above & beyond to send the dress to her home address. It arrived the next day, beautifully packaged. Thank you Emily!
Having recently visited this branch of Hobbs, I had a totally different experience ( I am also not a "typical" Hobbs customer) and the staff went out of their way to be helpful, even ordering another shrug online for me when I felt that the one in store had a minuscule flaw. I will definitely be returning to this store for that special occasion outfit and the staff deserve much of the credit for that!
