   From the bright sunny outlook and into a slightly cooler interior, I found it hard to find something that ‘I had to have’. Women’s wear, menswear & children’s clothes offer some nice products with good staff, however this store is sadly always quiet. If I would have made a purchase & engaged with staff then I’d have rated it 3.5/4 star. It’s great we have such an abundance of boutiques in Ringwood and I look forward to popping in again soon.

   Ordered a blazer from the Ringwood store went in today to collect my order I was not looking my best as just been to the gym. Asked for my order by a very unfriendly staff member a bag was handed to me and I had to ask if I could try it on the bag was opened and my blazer came out rolled up and all creased I tried it on and commented it was very creased it was taken away to be ironed I made comment that I did not expect to pay £129 and have a creased order both members of staff were very unhelpful and made me feel as if I should have just accepted it very disappointed but happy with my order now steamed

   Drove all the way from Poole to return a faulty item which had coincidentally gone into the sale. The only replacement of the correct size in stock had a large pulled thread so we asked for a refund. Staff were unwilling to do so because the dress was now on sale and quote: "we don't want you paying less for it" so I was given a return postage label to send it to their online store. So a wasted trip plus I now need to go to the post office and write a covering letter to the online team. Disappointing that staff do not have more respect for their customers time.
