Very helpful staff. Was first unsure as to why the prices were so low but the staff member Lisa, bless her, was very kind to explain everything and even helped us understand how to use the pram bundle, me and my missus were buying. Would definitely recommend this place. It’s better if you go there.
Local large store with lots of products on display and a huge variety of push chairs and car seats. We were greeted on arrival and Charlotte was really friendly and knowledgeable, showing us how to assemble/disassemble the travel system we chose, and helping us fitting it into our car. Kemi and I will definitely come back for more products and advice

After a really poor experience at an appointment with a larger retailer, we decided on the way home to see what was on offer at UK Baby Centre. A family member suggested we visit their showroom. We received a friendly greeting & had a browse around the store. There was a huge amount of product on display & managed to find all of the items that we wanted. After returning to reception to ask if we could try the car seats & pram in my car, Charlotte came down from her lunch(sorry for disturbing). She was honestly so lovely & never questioned our choices of product. We were mainly interested in the Maxi Cosi Emerald 360 S & Nuna Triv Next to fit in my small car. She fitted it with ease & involved both of us in the demo to get it in the car & fitting correctly. The pram also fit in the boot & she gave suggestions on which way to put it in. Went back inside to get a quote, which was considerably cheaper than elsewhere. We returned the next day to purchase & took away some of the items. Charlotte arranged delivery for the other items that weren’t in stock. I honestly can’t thank her enough for turning the experience into a really positive one. We’ll definitely be returning!
Ordered a mountain buggy duet from UK baby centre. Had a couple of issues with faults on the pram when it arrived but UK baby centre were very responsive, very quickly arranged collection and replacement with a new buggy. Customer service has been excellent, especially Ollie. Really appreciate how quickly he responded and sorted the problem! Thank you
Brilliant place! Great customer service and awesome prices. If you're like most new parents and haven't got a clue you can go in and talk to all their very friendly staff who are more than happy to single out the things you actually need to be interested in. They'll show you how to use prams and let you try and fit it in your car. Same with car seats. We bought a pram that was ever so slightly faulty so we went back in and they took a look and immediately exchanged it for a brand new one. Proper quality face to face customer service which is super rare these days. Pretty sure the chap who served us every time was called Ollie and he was a legend. Cheers guys!!!
Absolutely fantastic service when buying my Paloma faith bundle at an absolutely unbeatable price. I forgot to order the cosytoes with the pram which is essential in this weather, a colleague rang me and we finalised a sale in person rather than online which is what I prefer, plus and extra discount on the cosytoes and next day delivery which is basically unheard of these days! Excellent and will shop with you again. Merry Christmas
So disappointing. Would not advise buying from here. The buggy I purchased was faulty - the break did'nt work well which i felt was unsafe. Instead of accepting the mistake, i was told that it isn't faulty. Once i had returned the buggy, i only got some of money back rather than the complete amount to 'cover their costs of delivery and pick up'. Although the prices seemed competitive, I would advise buying from a more expensive seller with a more fair service in case of problems.
This place is either heaven or hell for you. It’s massive inside and the staff are super knowledgeable and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The Mrs loved it. For me, with a very short attention span and a Zero F’s attitude I was very grateful that they had a comfortable seat in reception that they allowed me to sit on for close to an hour whilst the Mrs picked out all the stuff. They allowed us to put a deposit down on the bundle/ purchase and pick it all up closer to the birth date of the child to avoid having it laying around cluttering then house. I don’t plan on having any more kids (ever) but if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to go back there.
Don’t buy from this company. They’ll SCAM YOU. Bought a pram a few months ago. It wasn’t delivered as the driver gave it to the wrong address. After months of corresponding with them they stopped responding to me. Every time I call I get told something different and coincidentally nobody in charge is available to give me answers. I’ve rang DPD and apparently this company has already made a claim and have had a payout from DPD for my ‘lost’ parcel but I’ve not had a refund from them because they believe it was delivered. Which is completely contradictory. Absolute shamble of a company with terrible customer service. Absolutely avoid if you can.
