    Worst customer service experience. I visited the JD store on the 28th at around 3pm and was told they would not be selling trainers. When I asked why, I was told they had been busy and didn’t want to sell trainers anymore. I then asked what time the store closes and was told 4pm, which effectively means they stopped serving customers an hour early. This is completely unacceptable and very disappointing customer service.

    Went to check out where 2 of the girls were talking, got completely ignored when I said hello, I proceeded to tell the woman behind the tills that I had a pair of shoes behind the till- her next sentence to her friend was - well that is your problem which she said facing me so it made it seem as she was talking straight at me after I had said about the shoes. I get it wasn’t said actually to me but it was very unprofessional. Made me want to turn away & not buy the stuff I wanted

    Funny seeing all the staff names in reviews as just been turned away and apparently they’re not obliged to give names. Turned up a few minutes before closing to do a return to only be refused at the door as the manager is no longer letting anyone in. Boy and I mean boy was rude by saying ‘who comes one minute before closing’. If you’re closing and taking tills off before the time stated then how are customer meant to know that. Ran by children who clearly don’t want to be there. Had another customer who was in the same situation as me and the manager who we think her name was Jessica due to a necklace was just as rude. Terrible. If it wasn’t for this return I wouldn’t be coming back.

    Nice big JDs Sport. I feel prices pretty high. Not really nice styles in here. JD definitely gone downhill. Didn't even have any Jordan clothing in here. Jordan trainers £40 more than the same ones in Nike outlet. Better wait for jd sales on their website. Staff just stood around looking lost on a Monday morning.

    I took an item back to be refunded or exchanged because JD online sent me the wrong item, only to be told they couldn't do a refund or exchange because they were busy. Sure it was the 27th December but i went in at around 7pm and I was the only person in the queue and there were 3 members of staff on the checkouts! The 3 stars is purely because my Son found some good bargains on sale.

    Didn't know you could charge so much just for a badge on an item of clothing! Still, if you have the money the place is nicely laid out and plenty of staff. The 3 stars is purely for the over pricing of goods!
