I had a very bad impression of jd after visiting bournemouth and castepoint branches, and the idea came to me that jd is all bad, but after I went to jd boscom and dealt with its very good manager, I knew that not all jd branches are treated the same The Boscom manager is a very good and tactful person. The smile did not leave his face, not only with regard to my treatment, but there were 2 customers before me, with the same smile and the same good treatment.”
