What a great setup in the shop, you can try any of the cues for sale on the full size snooker tables and there are plenty of accessories to choose from. “I visited this store to purchase a new pair of trainers as I wanted to increase my running distance. I was firstly met by Amy - one of the staff members who was super helpful and spent around an hour helping me try on various pairs of shoes. She put me on the treadmill and did a gait analysis which uncovered a slight imbalance in my feet. This made me very nervous but Amy reassured me that this is common and after a few more try ons found a perfect pair of trainers for me - New Balance 880. I was very sceptical about spending so much money at first but my new trainers have been perfect, and I'm now much more comfortable with running longer distances. The whole experience was friendly, warm, and welcoming and I will definitely be visiting this store again for my next pair of running shoes. On Tuesday I went in to a fitting with Neil, and the advice he gave me was measurable by going out yesterday, (the next day), and winning the mid week medal with a net 66. “Fantastic service by Gem today in Snow and Rock, Leeds. Really knew his stuff and took the time to understand my requirements and issues, whilst adding relevant knowledge and information as to what I require, not only for my level now but as I (hopefully!) progress to ensure longevity of the boots I buy. Had a full custom boot fit including bespoke insoles and I’ve ended up with boots that cause me no pain and fit like slippers, whilst being tight in all the right places. Would 100% recommend him and the service. No more hire boot agony!”

“I visited this store on Fri 9th October 2026 to buy a birthday present for a very special person - my future Son in Law. 9th October 2025 was a very special day - it was Mental Health Day. As I stood in the queue at the checkout desk I spent time reading a notice stuck to the customer facing side of the til. That notice explained that if you are struggling to mention it to a staff member because their shop is a "safe place," and someone will help you! A massive thanks to the Leeds United Shop staff and Manager for making sure those who are struggling, for whatever reason, are given a space and a listening ear offering support. However you could maybe make your notice a little bit bigger. If I hadn't been waiting I wouldn't have been stood staring at the counter and seen it. Remember "it's good to talk"!”
